Kath's pov

"Mine!" 

I spiked the ball with all my power and as expected no one was able to receive it. I looked at the points and can't help but smirk.

25 - 9

"Wooohoo! Nice Kath!" My team and I formed a circle and did our cheer. 

"Ok team! Take a break! In 15 mins we'll do another set with different teams." Napahinga naman ng maluwag yung kabilang team habang yung mga teammates ko nagsimulang magreklamo.

What can I say, I'm on their team. Any team I'm in, wins. 

Napaupo ako sa bench kasama yung iba kong teammates. I received compliments left and right. After all, we're all in one team. 

Iinom na sana ko ng tubig ng makalimutang wala akong dalang water bottle. I grabbed my phone and head outside of the gym. 

Tinawagan ko si Cess. Siya lang naman kasi at ang nandito sa school. Yung dalawang baboy nasa Axes, tinitrain yung trainees.

Pagkatapos ng ilang ring ay agad naman siyang sumagot.

 "Oh napatawag ka?"

"Can you bring me water? I forgot to bring a water bottle."

"May volleyball practice ka tapos wala kang dalang water bottle? Nasan ba utak mo?" Masungit na tanong nito. Ano kaya kinain nitong baboy nato at ang init ng ulo?

"Geez. Please? Samahan mo na rin ng towel." Ini-loud speaker ko siya at inilayo sa tenga ko ang bagong biling phone. Wala namang tao sa hallway.

"Kath. Punta ka sa 6th floor. May tubig at towel don." Napaisip naman ako. Oo nga noh.

"Tinatamad ako." Simpleng sagot ko.

At binabaan niya ako ng tawag. 

Hmp! Sungit! Sunod kong tinawagan si Kaleb. Don't ask how or when I got his phone number. I know he's here because we both have practices today, along with Giovanni. 

Agad namang siyang sumagot.

"Oh Kath, may problema ba?" 

"Can you bring me water? My water bottle's in the kitchen. I'll be in the gymnasium. Thanks." Mabilis kong ani at ibinaba agad ang tawag. Based on his personality, he's mostly likely won't say no. 

Bumalik ako sa loob at umupo. Not bothering to talk. Bahala sila jan mag-ingay. 

"Bukas na ang games natin. Kinakabahan ako pero nae-excite din!"

"Can you believe it! Nasa team natin si Kath!"

"Oo nga! Imposibleng matalo tayo!"

Tsk! They're depending on me too much. Ang tataas din ng expectations nila. But who cares, I know for sure that I won't disappoint these people. WE. WILL. WIN. TOMORROW.

Kinalikot ko muna ang cellphone habang hinihintay ang tubig na pwede namang ako kumuka o bumili. But as I said, tinatamad ako.
