For this method, you do not need to sleep, but you can.

You lay in a starfish position (Just like Raven) and have your eyes closed (Wear a sleeping mask if you have one)

You want to repeat 'I am' with your affirmation like "I am in my desired reality" until you feel symptoms (twitches,flashes of light, heart racing or slowing down)

After you feel noticeable symptoms start counting to 1000 and repeat affirmations every 10.

After your trigger scent or whatever you scripted that you'd know when you're in your dr open your eyes!

If it doesn't work don't retry right away, try giving yourself a break with water and meditating and if you attempt to shift often, maybe just sleep and give yourself a couple days.
