Start by visualizing you are in an elevator, you go up and up while visualizing your dr. once you reach the top the elevator doors should open and you'll be in your dr
you'll want to make sure you visualize good because this method isn't the best and doesn't work for a lot of people, but make sure you believe in yourself and find which one works for you. :)
