so i wrote this book last year and came back here now, i've edited soooo much bc of the amount of false info that has been told to me!!! ive done a lot of research and literally you don't need all this, but if you feel like some of these will help you and build an understanding about shifting, so be it.

YES you can use a method of it works for you BUT visualization is KEY! If you can't visualize that's ok you can practice if you think you can get better at it (you will)

i almost shifted but i got scared bc michelle obama same onto my visualation like a sticker (literally) and i saw faded/ blurry of a bright room ( i think i was on a train or in my dorm in the morning) and i was almost there because i used my senses and imagined my surroundings change, different scents and noises, they way im postioned if im sitting or still lying down. etc.

ive tried my best to get rid of the false info, but you obviously don't need these. this book was written to take up some time for me and give me something i love to do, help people
