meditation and raising vibrations

so if you want to shift ur gonna want to meditate at LEAST 5 minutes a day. I usually meditate 15-20 minutes a day and 5 minutes before I attempt to shift. meditation helps a lot with shifting, but you don't have too <3

you can find a lot on youtube, spotify, itunes, or soundcloud. i use youtube and spotify.

while i'm shifting i use a subliminal (also found on youtube or spotify) search 'shifting sublininals' or 'shifting to ______ subliminals'

to raise vibrations you need to-

-listen to 438hz (i think i can't remember the specific number but it's close)

-meditate

-think positive

-go for a walk

-cleanse your house

-do something that makes you feel good

-watch a mind movie
