Quick Note
This chapter is going to focus more on Jay, Teagan, and Will as siblings also a lot of mental health so im saying this now there could be some triggers for some viewer. But I do want anybody to know that is going through any of this stuff that there is help out I gone through some of the metal heath stuff that Teagan will go through in this chapter. In What's next Kelly is going to learn some new stuff about Teagan that did happen to her in Seattle, and I do what to try to make this more realistic, and no im not an expert on any of this so if you have any tips I will take them and there will be a lot leaning on Jay for Teagan.    

PROV Teagan
When I woke up I was dreading doing a new statement. I did my regular morning routine before me and Kelly had to leave.
"Hey, are you still sure you want me to go with you?" Kelly asked while he grabbed his key
"Yeah I still want you to come with me I need my best friend and boyfriend," I said
"Okay let's go," He said grabbing my hand
Once we got to the Jay met us downstairs.
"Hey Kelly," Jay said
"Hey are sure you still want to be Kelly?" I asked him
"Teg yes," he said
After I made my new statement I had to talk about it with Voight so they could reopen Kipps case and add it to Kenndy's case I walked into Voight's office with Jay.
"Okay so understand you made a new statement," Voight said
" Yes I did," I said
"Okay now, this a top priority case now Teagan not because your brother is one of my detectives but because you are family," He said
"Hey sis there going to go away for a long time," Jay said
"I know," I said hugging him
After talking to Voight me and Kelly went back to the apartment and order lunch and played with luna.
"Hey, so they reopening his case?" Kelly asked
"Yeah, they are, and now its top priority," I said
"I just hope nothing bad happens in the meantime," He said  
"Same," I said
"Hey, but are you sure you can handle this? I know how much this affected you last time Teagan,"  He asked 
"Yeah if I can't. I have you, Jay and Will," I said
"Hey, have you talked to Will about any of this?" He asked
"No," I said
"Hey I'm sure he will understand," Kelly said rubbing my back
I leaned my head on his shoulder and closed my eyes
after a while, Jay came over to hang out. I had full in asleep on Kelly's shoulder
"Hey Teagan it's okay," Kelly said
Woke up and started crying into Kellys shirt
"Teg what happened," Jay asked coming over and sitting next to me and Kelly
"Kipp and Kenndy they escaped custody and Kidnapped Me and you Jay and Kipp shot you right in front of me and said Will and Kelly where next unless I let him you know," I said
"Teagan im sorry," Jay said
"Did he say would if he did kill me?" Jay asked
"Yeah," I said
"Teagan I'm going to talk to Boden but we need a few days just to comprehend what is going to happen," Kelly said
"I agree with Kelly Teg," Jay said
"I would rather work then think about it," I said
"Teagan what happened when dad died? I throw my self into work and I got hurt because I wanted revenge when I should have been grieving Teg," Jay said
"and im not about to let you get hurt because your head somewhere else," Kelly said
"You guys are being overprotective," I said getting annoyed 
"Yeah, we are we because we both can't you Teg," Jay said
"And this not normal case for any of us and we're not treating like normal one either Teagan," Jay said
"Fine a couple of days," I said
A couple of days later me and Kelly went back to work I head to where I could save people's lives and so did Kelly we're ready and so was Luna but nothing could prepare me for the call I got from Jay. We had been on shift for a couple of hours when I got a call from Jay
"Hey, Jay what's up?" I asked
"Oh just that Kipp and Kenndy are going to prison for a long time," He said
"Their trial dates are being set being as we speak. They basically took one look at Hank and confessed to everything. But you might have to go on the stand though so they can see the person all this happened to" Jay said
"I don't care if I have to take the stand," I said starting to cry happy tears then me and Jay hung up
"Teg everything okay," Stella  asked 
"Yeah it just Kipp and Kenndy are going away for a long time," I said
 "Teagan that amazing," She said
"Teagan what wrong," Kelly asked 
"Nothing I just got a call from Jay saying Kipp and Kenndy are going away for a long time," I said
"Teagan I was going to ask you this later I had a plan and everything but at this moment it just feels right," Kelly said getting down on one knee and pulling a box out of his pocket 
"Kelly," I said starting to cry again
"Teagan Ann Halstead I may not know what tomorrow brings but what I do know is that to be with you for the rest of my life so will you marry me?" He asked
