Hi all! this is my first ever novel in Wattpad and also my first entry to the contest Wattys 2020. I'm new to the game so you will find tons of mistakes and incoherent things in this book. I hope you all can understand my struggles as a new writer in this community, but I do hope you enjoy the book as much as I did writing it.
This novel you will be accompanied by the distressed private soldier named Jules West, struggling and fighting his way to survive the brutality of the Japanese government in the Java Island and also from his self depression and mental breakdown.
This book is not based on a real story and some of its contents were made by me and not accurate according to historical drafts, though some others did actually happen.
Oh and I need to remind you that the story took place in multiple years back and forward so you have to pay attention to the year.
