Chapter 5
Gasps filled the room along with whispers.
All the minions looked at each, not knowing how to respond. Bob's yellow face blushed red, Gru could tell he was trying not to cry. What if the other minions didn't accept him. Stuart looked over at Bob and saw he looked upset. He ran over to the stage, his tiny yellow chop stick arms slowly pulling himself up. He ran across the stage and embraced Bob and Gru in a hug.
He yelled "Hooray! Bob is gay!"
The crowd fell into a silence as the other minions were unsure of what to think.
Tim shouted from across the room, "Ew! That's nasty!"
Bob started shaking. Gru picked up his ice gun and froze the homophobic tik tak.
"Hooray! Bob is gay!" Gru yelled to repeat what Stuart said.
The other minions started chanting with him. Bob rain into Gru's arms and kissed him on the cheek. All the minions cheered with joy for them. It would be an adjustment for the other minions, but they were already starting to accept Bob and Gru.
