Note: Contemplating changing this character up, I don't want it to be super-hero-power like, but for now this is his profile.

•Social Status: A classic "Pretty boy" of the school. Not many people take him seriously nor care about him all to much as he comes off as a supringly very normal school guy. But he seems to be a generally nice person to all and will try to help around here and there (kind of like Tray Orbit but helps in a more favorish then a natural promoting way). Although not expecting much of anything in return, he certainly seems like a generally nice and helpful guy, that everyone assumes already has plenty of popularity.

Personality:
Mostly quiet but also kind of a normal friendly guy, going about his business, and occasionally other people's, trying to stay up on grades.
•Morals: WIP (general good morals)
•Likes: Writing and expressing poetry to and for friends, giving things like favors, compliments, and gifts to people, wondering about the recent games, clubs, and events being made for the school.
•Dislikes: doesn't really have a strong dislike for anything, but generally dislikes mean people and people who have to high of standards to try and live up to, especially authority figures.

Backstory: WIP
His parents are from distant out of town and requires a train taken to get there. His parents though are actually considered more wealthy then typical student's parents are at the school. Devin could've probably got into a nicer school else where if this hadn't been his parents orginal plan. His family comes from a line who married and conceived with people that had specific abilities and physical attribute. This was mainly for the purpose of getting something like what Devin has and blurring the lines between ability and physical attributes. Devin's power might only work with his hands/arms, but his parents aim for more. Thus, Devin grew up with feelings of inadequacy, and hopes to be more useful to other people then his parents find him.
•Motivations: WIP mostly make some good and reliable friends.

Ability/(Physical) Attribute/Base: Ability (technically)
Description: Although this ability does effect him physically it's technically still considered an ability by the school, although it is blurring the boundaries between physical attributes and abilities. But because it's not a constant passive thing and instead can be activated and controlled at will, change and go back, it's considered an ability.
His hands can temporarily turn ghost like. This effect can go all the way up to his shoulders, but the more that's ghost like and the longer, the more lightheaded Devin gets. These ghost-hands have the ability to pass through objects and interact with objects on the other side. Sadly, he can't see through the walls, nor can he take objects through the object his hands go through, he can just move the stuff on the other side and manuver it.
•Looks: swift black hair, good looking facial structure and blueish eyes. When hands are ghost like they are slightly visible in a kind of whitish see through spirit kind of way.

Additional Information: Although his ability is "ghost hands", it not confirmed whether this confirms the existence of ghosts or whether this is even a spirit like supernatural substance at all.
