I hope this Janmashtami brought immense joy for all of you who celebrated! I have an important update for you...
As many of you now know, I've recently completed my graduate studies, and I'm preparing for my registration/licensing examination to take place in a couple of months. This is now an additional commitment to my list of priorities, in which I need to balance my time between. So, I probably will not be able to update on a scheduled basis from now. That does not mean I will not be updating for long periods in between. I will be updating whenever I have a part completed (whether its once a week, twice a week, or once every 2-3 weeks).
It really depends on the chapter and the structure of my week. This is not a traditional story that follows a strict chronological order. Rather, it's a series of one-shots that focus on various scenes and characters surrounding Mitra during the different stages of her life. So, the length and style of each chapter varies greatly, and takes quite some time to put together. Honestly, I look up to all writers out there who can pull this off with a busy life – hats off to you all!
For those of you who know me well and my passion for writing – you know it takes me quite some time to draft out a chapter that I'm happy with. I'm not satisfied with my work until I'm positive that I've attempted my best shot at capturing my imagination and thoughts in my writing – hence the lengthier time frame required to write each part.
I'd rather take some more time to draft out chapters that I'm happy with, to ensure I'm presenting you all with my best possible work to enjoy. And please rest assured that I will not be abandoning this story by any means. It is my first ever creation since I decided to re-live my passion of amateur writing and storytelling, and it holds a special place in my heart.
Thank you so much to all of you for continuing to shower much love and support for me and this story. I hope you will continue to support this decision of mine as well! The next part will be updated as soon as possible :)
