☀ 01. ʜɪᴍᴇᴊɪᴍᴀ ɢʏᴏᴍᴇɪ

"Akatsuki [name]? You mean you don't know her at all?" someone spoke out with a slight chuckle then and the traveller had on a confused look on his face.

"Yeah, I have been told to find her. But who is she?" he asked, and the lady chuckled once more as she patted the young man harshly on his back.

"A terribly bright young girl who lives deep in the town together with her parents. If anything is wrong, she will be all ears. She always a smile on her face despite facing difficult circumstances," the lady spoke out and the traveller could only nod his head in response as he walked towards the direction where the lady had pointed to.

"Someone who always smiles? What's so special about that?" he wondered to himself and eventually, his feet stopped in front of a rather well-furnished traditional house. He noticed how he was able to look enter the house and soon walked towards the backyard instead, given how he was hearing some noises coming from there.

"Ara, [name]! You should rest, let me do some chores too,"

"Mama! Sit down and rest, you have done a lot!" and the traveller peeked past the raft and looked, his eyes widened slightly as he looked at the way her platinum violet hair flowed as she turned towards him.

"Oh? We have a guest!" she called out and the man noticed, how his heart pounded hard against his chest as he looked at [name] who was smiling widely at him. [name] then noticed how he had a nichirin blade strapped against his white belt, and she couldn't help but smile.

"Demon Slayer?" she asked, and the man nodded. [name] then ushered him to enter her humble home then whereas she had stopped in the midst of her chores and had gone in to prepare some refreshments.

"Ah, are you here for the rest stop or to gather some supplies?" [name] asked as she set the plate of pastries along with the cup of hot green tea before the Demon Slayer.

"None. I'm here to catch a demon," he spoke out and [name] hummed in response then.

"Ara, then all the best!" she said with a bright smile and his eyes could only widen at how beautiful and innocent her smile was.

"[name]! We ran out of rice!" her father's voice was heard and [name] quickly set the tray aside and stood up then.

"Okay! I'll go get some!" [name] spoke out and soon the demon slayer watched as she took her leave. The demon slayer then let out a soft chuckle then as he took a sip of the green tea, and noticed how [name]'s parents were standing in the room.

"A beauty, isn't she?" her father spoke out and the demon slayer could only nod his head in response.

"Definitely a beauty," he chuckled, and [name]'s mother couldn't help but smile sadly.

"But then again, that young girl really bottles up a lot,"

"Be careful on your way home, [name]!" and [name] smiled as she carried the huge sack of rice with the strength she could muster. She then smiled at the store owner and proceeded to take her leave.
