Outside

Walk outside on this warm day.

The kids all run around and play.

I hear the birds sing,

I hear the bells ring.

Leaves rustle in the trees,

Being blow by the cool breeze.

Dogs play in the sun filled park.

They chase after balls and pant and bark.

The water trickles through the long calming stream.

It’s perfect out here! It must be a dream.

Bugs can be heard buzzing all about.

The place is so busy, everyone must’ve come out.

Today has been so warm and fun,

It’s a shame that now the day is done.
