Ino's POV
Ring.
I immediately stood up when I heard the shop's door bell ring. I looked at the time. 4:35 am.
Ugh. Who the heck would be up buying flowers by this hour! Well, whoever it is he or she must have a damn good rea--
"Good morning, Ino-chan."
I snapped my head towards the familiar voice. Ino-chan? Is he crazy? He never calls me that!
"Ah, good morning Sasuke-kun!"
Something, seems different though. One, his clothes. Two, his posture. And last, his freakin' smile!! Seriously, it's giving me the creeps..
Wait a minute..
"Charasuke!? Why the heck are you here!?" I yelled. Yeah, Forehead and Naruto kinda told me about the whole "AU problem".
He just smirked at me, "Yeah, about that.. I was kinda wondering if I can buy my girlfriend some flowers.. Have any ideas?"
I blinked a few times.
So this is what Sakura meant with 'The Annoying Hopelessly Romantic Suitor'...
"Um.. yeah. How about some roses?"
"Too classy."
"Daisies?"
"Too catchy."
"Lilies?"
"Ugh. Much too basic."
Damn this!
"How 'bout some orchids?"
"Are you kidding me? Those are too hard too handle!"
"Gardenias?"
"Ew. I hate the colors."
Ugh! Sooo choosy! Hey buddy, are you the one who's gonna recieve flowers?!
"Grr... How about jasmines?!"
"Too plain. Come on! Is that all you got Miss Piggy!?"
( Inner Sakura: Ting! Ting! Ting! 'ROUND TWO, FIGHT!!!!' )
"Damn you! Then just get a bundle of F*cking star gazers and get your ass out of here!!"
He rose an eyebrow at me and yawned.
"Nah."
"Why not?!" I swear, I'm fuming right now!
"Too expensive. I got no money with me this moment.."
WHAT?!
"Hehehe.. just kidding. Just give me a bouquet of red roses."
GRRRRR!!!!!!! I'M GONNA KILL HIM FOREHEAD!!!!!!!!!!!
After I arranged the roses I gave it to him rather harshly after he paid. Damn him. He just wasted my time!
After he left,
Ring.
I snapped my head towards the door and plastered a fake smile on.
"Good morning sir! How may I help y--"
"Hn."
I sighed. "Hey Sasuke."
"Give me a bundle of daffodils, please." What? I looked at him questioningly. "Why daffodils?" I just had to know. He shrugged and said, "Flowers of hope. I think it suits her."
"Her?"
"Sakura."
"Ohh... Hihihi. So, you really like my bestfriend, huh?" I teased him. He just sighed and nodded. I gave him his order after that. But before he walked out of the shop, he asked me,
"Ino?"
"Yeah?"
"If.. If you were to chose, who would you trust more? Me or Charasuke?"
I beamed him a smile.
After everything he put us through?.. Hm..
"What kind of question is that? Of course, I'll vote for the original!"
He smirked and left the shop.
