My hands fidget on my sleeve as the clock goes tick - tock - tick - tock
And my heart thumps right out of my chest as I am in shick - shock - shick - shock
Holding this time on my hands
May each minute be valued with many plans
As the world is pushing our soldiers down
But the lovers are patting their back without a frown
as their knees are getting weak
And we suddenly fall
Hold this time upon your chest and whisper
"can you slow down?"
Just to catch up to everything only if the clock didn't
tick tock tick tock
so fast.
