I jump off the counter while Daniel washes the syringes. "I'm gonna go to the basement and check on Max, or is it Me? I don't even know at this point." Daniel didn't respond

I walk through multiple hallways and one last staircase. I open the door to be greated by a bandaged Max. He was terrified and shaking.
