Chat Noir was many things, but apparently baker was not one of those things.

"Oh my God." Marinette mumbled as she surveyed the mess Chat and her had made. "How did this happen?"

"Well, I accidentally got frosting on your cheek,"

"Deny it all you want, but I know you that on purpose." Marinette cut Chat off, wagging an accusatory finger in his face.

"Whatever helps mew sleep at night." He teased. "Anyway, then you got frosting on my nose and that escalated into an all out war, which I totally won." Marinette scoffed.

"Yeah right! You're just too stubborn to accept the truth." She told him.

"And that truth is?" Chat asked, raising his eyes with that annoyingly familiar grin on his face.

"That I won!"

"Yeah right Purrincess, I hate to break it to you, but this victory goes to me, boop!" Chat wiped a little frosting off of her nose, although it did little good.

Frosting covered both of their faces and necks in various places, their bodies were covered in flour, batter was stuck in their hair, and that wasn't even the worst of it.

The worst of it was the case of Marinette's kitchen. Ingredients had gone places Marinette hadn't been aware they could go. That was probably due to them accidentally turning the mixer to the highest speed during their battle.

"We can argue about this later, we have to clean this up before my parents get home, not to mention ourselves." Marinette reasoned.

"Fine, but I'll take your changing of the subject as a surrender." Marinette whirled around to face him.

"That's not, no I meant," Chat just continued grinning. "Ugh! You're insufferable."

"Love you too." He purred. Marinette just turned away from him grumbling to herself. He knew that it was because her cheeks were red.

"You impossible cat. Remind me again why we're dating?" She grumbled.

"Because I'm a cat-ch." Marinette just huffed in indignation.

"Whatever helps you sleep at night."

"Hey! I'll have you know that I've had lots of girls hit on me, both in and out of the mask." Chat defended, sticking his tongue out at Marinette. "Of course, none of them are as mewtiful as you." He muttered into her ear, before placing a light kiss on it. Which made him get batter in his mouth.

"Careful Kitty. Too much batter could hurt your stomach."

"That'd really be cat-astrophic, wouldn't it?" He grinned.

"Fine get food poisoning, see if I care!" She scolded and Chat Noir laughed wrapping an arm around her waist.

"You get the dishes, I'll get the kitchen appliances deal?" He asked her and she nodded.

"Deal."

"So where'd your parents go again?" Chat asked damping a wash cloth with a little soap and water before hurrying over to the counter to clean up the mess.
