"whoa, Stan the man!" He put his hand on my shoulder I moved my shoulder.
"Don't touch me,"
He looked at y/n.
"Think we could go to homecoming together unless you're going with this freak," he said putting his hand on y/n said
"Jason! Leave her alone!"
"What are should Gonna do!"
I felt angry rise I stood u pans punched him. He stumbled back I grabbed her arm and we left.
We got in the car.
I locked the door.
You're pov:
"Stan, you didn't have to do that."
I said
"You're my best friend no one gonna talk to you like that especially him," He said.
I've never seen him so angry. He drove to school we got out and walked to class. We sat next to each other.
Stan a goofy guy but the only time I've seen him mad is at his dad.
At lunch I got food. I felt someone poke my shoulder to turn over.
It was Jason.
"What!" I said.
He had a black eye.
"Please just go to homecoming with me, I was young and dumb! I Didn't know how to treat a girl, but you're the one I want,"
"I think about Jason, but that isn't a yes,"
"And I'll give your freak friend Stan a chance,"
I looked a him "you really wanna be with me you'll sit with us at lunch, me, Stan and Sydney,"
He looked at me "Sydney? She's crazy!"
"You really like me? She's my friend my friends come first, my friend doesn't like you I don't like you,"

I got my food he followed me I sat across from Sydney.
"Hi I know we haven't been on the best terms but I was thinking maybe we can be friends!" I said
She kinda smiled
"Are you busy after school tomorrow?"
"No,"
She smiled "let's hang out,"
"Oh my god! Yay, this is Jason,"

"What happened to your eye?" Sydney asked.
"I was punched" Jason mumbled
"By Stanley," I said
"Stanley?!" she said laughing

Stan sat across from me putting his tray down.
"Y/n can I speak to you?" Stan said.
I stood up. He pulled me.
"Why is he sitting there!do not tell me you're giving him another chance," he said angrily
"Calm down, I'm not, he's just seemed Deseret I'm gonna go homecoming with him but nothing more,"
"Ok, if he lays a finger on you and I'll punch him again,"
I hugged Stan.
"It's gonna Be ok plus you're going with Sydney so maybe he has changed and I don't wanna go to homecoming alone,"
He sighed
"Let's go back." He said
I nodded we walked back and sat down.
"Hey y/n can I take you out to dinner tonight?" Jason asked
