I glided down the stairs after getting out of bed.
I was excited, no excited was an understatement,
I was ecstatic.
Last night Alastor said he would bring me "to bring your child to work day" with him.
When he said that I was through the roof.
I had never done anything like that before.
As excited as I was, I was also nervous.
What if I mess up? What if I mess up in front of everyone?
I thought to myself as I landed.
I walked towards Alastor as he stood patiently by the door.
"Are you ready darling?"
He asked bending over to pinching my cheek.
"I think so."
I sighed, pushing open the door, to see the busy streets of hell.

Me and Al stepped out the door and began to walk on the sidewalk.
After a few steps I started noticing stares and fearful looks.
Alastor ether didn't care to notice or he just didn't notice.
I really didn't enjoy the feeling of my hooves stepping in puddles,
Or the occasional unrecognizable mush,
But after fifteen or so minutes of walking we arrived.
I looked up at the tall building, the clouds behind it making it look like
It was moving.
I was staring at the building for so long I didn't realize Alastor started walking towards the building.
I sprinted over, causing Alastor to turn and smile.

I stepped inside, wiping my hooves on the mat that was there.
I looked around with stars in my eyes, I saw dozens of small red and crimson coloured demons.
Most, if not all of them had even smaller demons with them,
They looked ether as old as me or a bit younger.
Many of the older demons stopped to say good morning or hello.
"Aww their so sweet!"
I squealed quietly.
I flew over the crowd of demons, earning their attention.
The loud bustling died down and the demons stopped talking.
They turned to look at me silently.
I looked at Alastor and he gave me a reassuring smile,
And hand signal that meant "go on".
"Uuh hi, my name is n/n, I just wanted to say hello, so if you see me in the hall
You know who I am."
I said very flustered from the whole situation.
The demons nodded and went back to what they were doing.
I sighed feeling the pressure being lifted from off me.
"That was wonderful dear."
Alastor said appearing out of nowhere.
"where did you come from!?"
I exclaimed jumping up.

I had been playing with a tennis ball on the floor of his office,
While Alastor finished up a couple recordings.
"Could I go to the vending machine?"
I asked after I was sure he wasn't recording anything.
"Go ahead, darling."
Alastor responded with a yawn.
I never actually seen Al yawn around anyone but me, I have seen him tired, but he never yawns.
I shrugged the thought.

I placed a dollar into the vending machine,
Pushing the (favourite candy) button.
Causing a loud thud as the candy hit the bottom of the vending machine.
I pushed the small door, grabbing the treat.
To my surprise their was no scam, and nothing went wrong.
I walked over to Alastor's office and opened the door.

Alastor was out cold with his head on his desk.
My ears folded back as I tried not to laugh.
I tip toed over to his desk and sat down on the chair.
I softly ran my fingers through his hair, seeing if it would wake him up
It was actually very soft.
I heard a purr and jumped, I looked around confused.
I cautiously walked back and sat down.
I put my hand back in his hair only to hear the purring noise again.
He can purr!? I exclaimed in my head.
I was silent for a few seconds, then I burst out laughing.
Luckily I didn't wake him up.
I put my hand on his hair tuff causing him to purr again.
After a while I started to feel a bit tired myself.
I placed my head down on the desk,
Feeling a bit drowsy.
I closed my eyes falling asleep.

Alastor's p.o.v
I jumped up, realizing I had been asleep.
I looked down seeing my little angel fast asleep.
I snapped my fingers, creating a blanket burrito around n/n.
I picked her up and headed out of the office.

Your p.o.v
I woke up surrounded by the fluffiest Blanket.
I was being carried somewhere.
I thought about saying that I was awake or moving,
But since it was Alastor I chose to pretend I was sleeping.
We exited the building and started to walk on the sidewalk.
After another 15 minutes of walking we arrived back at the hotel.
As we walked into the hotel I noticed everyone was asleep.
Alastor seemed to glide up the stairs making no sudden movements.
He put me in my bed and nuzzled my cheek.
"Goodnight doe eyes."
Alastor muttered before closing the door.
