"ehhhh???!!" yosano and kunikida say in unison as ranpo announces sakura's supposed arrival in yokohama

"wait so you're telling ME that OUR precious babie is going back here?!" yosano says in excitement, stars in her eyes

kunikida silently opens his notebook upon hearing the news, "i shall create an itinerary for our reunion."

ranpo sweat drops "well, president sent the letter two weeks ago, but i'm not very sure if she'll approve of the meeting..."

"oh? are you expecting a new agency member?" one of the staff of the cafe asks

kunikida closes his notebook shut "no. she is actually an original agency member."

"she left for..personal reasons." ranpo adds on quietly, as he pushes his glasses, trying not to remember the vague memories of the past.

the bell rings as a new customer opens the door "oh! ranpo-san! you're here!" a young boy calls out

ranpo looks up to see the person who was calling out his name "oh, atsushi, dazai. you're here."

"president was looking for you." dazai says as he makes his way to sit down "would like a latte please!" he orders

"alright! pay for your tabs by the way!" says one of the lady staffs, to which dazai sweat drops upon hearing her reply

ranpo stands up, a smirk appearing on his lips, "you can sit here, atsushi-kun." he says as she motions his hands for him to sit down

"thank you, ranpo-san!"

kunikida suddenly speaks up "oi, oi, ranpo. why are you suddenly leaving? you didnt completely fill us in on the details."

ranpo sarcastically laughs at kunikida "don't worry, kunikida-kun. you guys won't need any more details."

"what do you even mean by that?" yosano says, an irk mark appearing on her head

"she's here."

yosano and kunikida's eyes grow wide, immediately standing up to catch up with ranpo "ranpo-san? ranpo-san?!"

..but get stopped by the suicidal maniac.

"hold on a second!" dazai says in the most annoying tone you could ever hear "atsushi-kun, help me hold them down."

"dazai-kun! what do you think you're doing?!" kunikida says as his voice gets louder by the second "we have to check on ranpo!"

dazai smirks, an idea suddenly coming to mind, "as long as you tell us what you were talking about with ranpo."

location: narita airport, japan

sakura hums in pleasure as she feels the cold breeze hit her face, hair flowing elegantly, smelling the fresh air as she jumps in joy.

"aah! i missed it here!" sakura says, 'this was definitely a good idea. i can use this as a vacation.' she thought.

rokuzo could only look at his boss with a soft smile on his lips, speechless at seeing her being this happy of traveling overseas.

but, he could never admit to anyone that, he was very much overjoyed at hearing the news of him traveling with his boss.

he wanted to get to know his boss more, what she likes, what she dislikes, her favorite places, all to get close to his boss.

he thought it was quite odd for him to feel like this, but he couldn't help it.

"roku-kun? are you okay?" sakura says as she waves her hands in front of rokuzo's face

"o-oh! y-yeah!" rokuzo says, sweat dropping as he looks down in embarrassment

sakura looks at him suspiciously, but brushes it off "okay, so where to next?" sakura asks, pointing at the schedule in rokuzo's hand

rokuzo unfolds the paper in his hand "well..let's see.."
