~Ivy's Pov~

"Why can't she go to your moms house?" I asked jalen with attitude

Today was our 2 year anniversary and it was goin horribly

Jalen: "I already told you she's out of town"

"Of course she would go out of town at a time like this" I huffed

Jalen: "look we'll celebrate tonight" he said as he kissed my forehead and headed for the door

"Where are you goin?!" I asked as I hopped out of my seat

Jalen: "practice" he laughed

"Oh" I said as I sat back down and watched him leave

Icelynn was playing just dance in her room so she wasnt if any concern at the moment.

I got on Instagram to DM Jalen's cousin heavnlee and see what she was up to but as soon as I opened the app the first thing that popped up was a picture of Kaliah, Melo, Mel and their son.

It looked like they were at an amusement park and the caption was "@legoland thanks for having us"

I DM'd Mel and asked her if they were at LEGO land right now or if that picture was old

She replied back almost instantly telling me that they were there now and sending me a boomerang of Melo Kaliah and her son playing in a big wave pool.

I asked her if Melo skipped practice and she sent me a confused emoji then told me she didn't even know he had practice today

I texted her back and told her that jalen left to practice earlier and she sent me a video of her asking Melo if he had practice today. His reply was "Nah why?" She asked him if he was sure and he said "positive. Why would I skip practice?"

Mel told him that jalen went to practice and Melos reply was "he went somewhere alright; but it wasn't practice" then he laughed

Mel turned the camera back to herself and made a "😬" face then the video was over

I just sighed and put my phone on the charger

"Maybe he was out planning something romantic" I said to myself as I headed upstairs to check on Icelynn

                 ~Melo's POV~

"Why'd you ask if I had practice?" I asked mel as she walked into the wave pool

Mel: "ivy texted me and asked me if the picture I posted was old"

"Why?" I asked as I grabbed her hand and pulled her closer

Mel: "she said that jalen left out and told her he was goin to go practice"

I tried so hard not to laugh but I failed
