Also this was started in November 2012 and finished in Novemeber 2013 so it isn't the best example of my work, however I really hope that you like it!

Preface-

I held her tightly in my arm, refusing to let go. The ledge that we were balanced on was quickly eroding away. There was only seconds left before both of us dropped to our death.

My heart pounded and the hand of my left arm hurt from clinging onto the top of the cliff; my right from holding her up. Only one of us could live. Or both would die.

What did I have to go back to though? No family or friends. I mustn't give up and yet...

This was it. As the last piece of ledge broke I throw her up and over the cliff top with all my might. I know that the hatred I felt towards her was undeniable but she was still my-
