-----------------------------------
A visitor, visiting meThey call it a zeyaar
I call her a ZeyaraThe world knows who this visitor is
All know and all speak
All watch and all see
I carry no conscience to this visitorZeyara?
When is she coming?
What has she come to declare?
A movement? A stance?Listen
She calls
Watch
She motions
I am entangled within her words
A reversal in this orbital of mine that only goes up
Is now moving freely about
With a one way ticket towards inspiration
And a round trip towards consolidationAmnesty
She tells me
They believe in it
You,
Believe in yourself
Believe in the kindness of this humble and round sphere that we call EarthTruth
She elaboratesBreathe it
Seek it
Live it
As it covers her like a cloak made of forest greenI reach for it and hold it out towards the sky
Mesmerizing
This visitor I've found
She spins miles of wisdom
Pouring them onto a tapestery of our middle eastern rootsStaying for tea?
I say
As I set the stove and bring out a notepad that dreams in whiteTo write down the centuries of wisdom that this visitor has to bring
Towards my destinationThis passage
This thing we call
Life
