31.Skateboarding

I woke up in a bed that wasn't mine and that's when the memories from last night came flooding back.

I look to my side and immediately a smile spreads across my face. Daniel had his arms around me whilst he was peacefully still sleeping. He must've moved us both after I fell asleep.

I saw his eyes flutter open and he stretched for a bit before turning to me and smiling.

Daniel:Morning
Lily:Morning
Daniel:You sleep well?
Lily:Yes you?
Daniel:Of course I had you next to me
Lily:Awh well we better get up and get ready

Daniel:So I got these from Anna I hope they fit you

He held up two pairs of pants a black pair of leggings and a pair of black skinny jeans with rips. I wore the jeans and they fit perfectly so I just needed a hoodie now

Lily:Can I have a hoodie please?
Daniel:Yeah they're in there choose whichever one you want.
Lily:Okay

I picked out a grey hoodie and put it on whilst embracing Daniels smell that it held.

Daniel:That suits you haha
Lily:Well duh it's a good hoodie
Daniel:Awh I cant believe your wearing my hoodies already haha
Lily:Yep well hoodies are life

Once we had met up with Corbyn and Zach we walked to school. I was receiving a few looks from people in the corridors and I'm guessing it's because I'm wearing Daniel's hoodie

Daniel must've noticed because he grabbed hold of my hand.

We reached my home room so we had to say goodbye. Daniel hugged me and then let go after a few seconds

Daniel:See you in physics
Lily:Okay

I walked into the room and saw Ella waiting for me already.

Ella:I wanna know everything I've missed
Lily:Okay so not much really, I met his family last night and slept at his so I had to borrow some clothes.
Ella:Awh So are you a thing now?
Lily:Thing?
Ella:Like boyfriend, girlfriend
Lily:Oh no not yet
Ella:Oh wish you were your so cute together!
Lily:Oh okay haha
Ella:Zach was looking hella fine yesterday
Lily:Yeah I guess haha you still like him?
Ella:Erm is that a trick question? Of course I do look at the boy!
Lily:Okay So I'm guessing you'd probably freak out if you knew he slept at my house a few days ago
Ella:No way!
Lily:Yes way he was with us almost all day
Ella:I'm so jealous haha
Lily:Yep

Kinda awkward knowing Zach's gay and Ella is like basically in love with him.

The bell went and I headed to English class. I never noticed before but Zach is actually in this class with me so I went and sat with him

Zach:Hi
Lily:Hey, have you always been in this class?
Zach:Yeah why?
Lily:Oh never noticed you
Zach:I hate English
Lily:Me too and he makes it worse
Zach:Oh I know right
Lily:Why does he always spit when he talks?
Zach:I really don't know
Lily:Neither

Time Skip to After School

Corbyn's POV

It's weird not having Zach or Daniel at the house with us today and I'm kinda bored so I wanna do something

Okay, what you wanna do?

Can you skateboard?

Zach
Kinda yea

Corbyn
Okay come to mine then with a skateboard and we'll head out

Zach
Okay see ya soon

Corbyn
Yep

I grab my skateboard and go downstairs

Corbyn:Hey I'm going skateboarding with Zach I'll be back soon
Claire:Okay have fun and stay safe
Corbyn:I will, don't worry

I heard a knock on the door and went and opened it

Zach:Hey you ready to go?
Corbyn:Yeah

I grabbed my phone and left the house after shouting 'bye'

Zach:So is Daniel coming too or is it it just me and you
Corbyn:Just me and you. Daniel had some sort of music lesson today
Zach:Oh right okay

We got to the skate park and did some random tricks and messed around for a bit. Once we got bored we left and went for a little walk

Zach:So how's life been?
Corbyn:Erm good I guess. That's a really weird question to ask someone you see everyday
Zach:Yeah, I mean I just haven't been with just you yet and it's been a while since we were friends
Corbyn:Yeah well life is better now and I've got amazing friends with me now so yeah I'm pretty happy. What about you?
Zach:Good, I mean it's nice to finally have friends that don't judge me like Jack did
Corbyn:Jack judged you?
Zach:Yeah well over the years he's always had something to say or a comment to make against me. And then when I finally had the guts to tell him I was gay all this happened, but I wouldn't change what happened. Well maybe I'd change it so I didn't get punched but you know what I mean.
Corbyn:Your gay?
Zach:Yeah I guess I never told you?
Corbyn:No but it's okay, I guess I should probably tell you that I'm gay too.
Zach:Really? That's cool
Corbyn:I guess haha

We started walking back home now and a question popped into my head

Corbyn:Do you still talk to Jonah?
Zach:Yeah I text him occasionally. I mean he did nothing wrong so I hold nothing against him
Corbyn:Yeah seems like Jack has changed
Zach:Yeah he changed after you stopped talking and he made us ditch you
Corbyn:He was the one who made you do that?
Zach:Yes. We were fine with you still but he like basically forced us into "hating you"
Corbyn:Well If he isn't careful he's gonna drive Jonah away and then he'll have no one
Zach:Yeah but he's somewhat popular isn't he so he probably thinks that no matter what happens he'll be fine and have a new friend waiting for him
Corbyn:God he thinks that?
Zach:Probably

I rolled my eyes and then we got to Zach's I said bye to him and then headed to my house.

Corbyn:I'm home!
Claire:Oh Hi Corbyn did you have a good time?
Corbyn:Yeah it was cool I guess
Claire:Good! Dinner is ready in ten minutes so can you tell Lily please?
Corbyn:Sure I can
Claire:Thanks Corbyn
Corbyn:No problem!

I ran upstairs and went into Lily's room

Corbyn:Hey, dinners ready in ten minutes
Lily:Okay
Corbyn:Also why did no one tell me zach is gay?
Lily:I don't know guess we just forgot to
Corbyn:Oh okay. I'm gonna go get changed.

I walked to my room and put on some sweats and a T-shirt.

You know I never thought this before but

Zach's kinda cute.
