Daniel:I play instruments in my spare time.

Daniel:Awh I love it when I find other people who play instruments

Daniel:Just for you I'll work it out at some point. I know I play violin, cello, guitar and piano but then off the top of my head I can't remember any more

We were eating our food when Anna walked into the room.
Jonah:So hows it going with Lily?
Daniel:Seriously Jonah? I've been messaging her for an hour! But it's good I guess
Anna:Oooh Daniel who's Lily?
Daniel:Someone who you don't need to know about!
Anna:I'm gonna tell mom and then she'll come and ask you loads of questions
Daniel:Fine I don't really care!
She ran out the room laughing.
I did care last time I even mentioned a girl and my mom found out about it I was interrogated with what felt like millions of questions.
Jonah nudged me with his elbow and I looked at him.
Daniel:Ow! What was that for?
He nodded his head towards the door and I saw Anna and my mom both with smiles on their faces however Anna's was more of a smirk.

Daniel:Mommmm
Keri:Who's Lily then?
Daniel:Someone mom she's really not a big deal.
Keri:Has my little Dani got a girlfriend?
Daniel:No I'm just messaging a girl who just recently joined our school and you know she probably wouldn't even recognise me me at school because I've never spoke to her face to face.
Keri:Awhhh Dani reaching out to the new girl is nice of you. So what does she look like? Is she nice? Is she pretty? Do you have a crush on her?
Daniel:Mom! Please stop with all the questions okay?
Keri:Sorry son I'm just interested that's all
Daniel:Well could you maybe ask me all these questions another time? I just wanna hang out with Jonah and Zach right now.
Keri:Okay have fun! And tell Lily I said hi I wanna make a good impression so she will like me in the future.

We are sat in my room all just chilling on our phones.
Jonah:Oh guys Jack's back from his holiday tomorrow
Daniel:Yeah but we won't see him till Wednesday since he's taking tomorrow off from school
Zach:Seems like ages since we saw him
Daniel:Well it was a long holiday
Jonah:Yeah two and a half weeks
Zach:Well I can't wait to have him back with us again
