What it is or
Why it's happening
All I know is
That every time
I see you I always
Think of the past
And what we had
Then I think what
Could have been if
I would have never
Opened my mouth
And said the things
I had said
Then I wonder
What caused me
To say anything
What could have
Been if nothing
Had ever changed
Between us ?
You said you
Would always
Love me
But every time I
See you I see
The love that
Was once there
Diminishing by
The seconds
I never knew what
Love is but I think
I was pretty close
When it came to you
And how you said
You would love me
Always and forever
But forever never did
Exist when it comes
To good things happening
I always wish they
Would last though
The thing we once
Had was a good thing
I didn't know
That until now
