Draco's Pov:
It's been 2 years since we got back together.
We had our own flat.
Lily was 4, and right now I was about to tell Harry something, something very important.
Something I wish I could have done years ago.
Papers in hand I walked through the door to be greeted by Lily.
"Hi Draco!! Daddy is in the kitchen! He has someting to tell you!" She said with a huge smile on her face.
"Hello to you too Lily."
I picked her up and walked to the kitchen, to find Harry sitting on the counter and with hands behind his back.
"H..hey Draco..."
something was wrong.
"What wrong? What happen?" I said putting lily down.
Lily's Pov;
Daddy told me that I was going to have a brother or sister!!!!!
I was so excited!!
But when daddy told draco that they started kissing so I had to go but I still listened.
"We are going to have a baby!!"
Draco squealed.
"Yes Draco."
"I have to tell you something?"
"W..what..."
I herd something being handed over, sounded like papers.
Then I herd crying.
"You really wanna don that. You wanna adopt her!"
2 days later we where in some huge room.
There was a girl in black In front of us.
"You are here for the adoption of Lily Luna Potter?" She said
"Yes your honer."
She then handed over some paper and Draco started to sign them.
"Would you like to change her last name?"
Harry's Pov:
Draco looked over at me when she asked that.
I nodded my head 'yes'
"Yes." He said.
She handed him another sheet of paper and he signed it.
"From this day forward you are the legal guardian of Lily Luna Potter-Malfoy. Case dismissed."
Draco's Pov:
We walked out of the court room with smiled on our faces.
"Does that mean Draco is my dad now?"
I noticed Harry's face go a bit red, but he smiled.
"Yes, Draco is your dad down."
I held onto the child in my arms a little tighter, and got a hug back from her.
I was now the LEAGL guardian of Lily Luna Potter-Malfoy, and we had a baby on the way.
