I knocked a couple of times before someone answered
"Bestieeeeee" she shrieked and jumped into my arms
I chuckled as I put her down "wassup Jhit" I said

"at work, she gets off late today," She said

They both sat down and essence grabbed the remote scrolling thru shows to watch...
It was now 15 min later and she was still scrolling I snatched the remote out her hand
"damn it ain't that hard to find a show," I said
She stuck her middle finger up making me and Nick laugh

I tried holding in my laughter but I couldn't
"Fuck y'all I'm going in my room," she said
I laughed one last time before grabbing her "We just playing but you can't lie yo finger is little as hell" I said making her mug me
"Yall some haters cause my finger is cute," she said and walking away
I chuckled
"You like her don't you," Nick said
I laughed "Nah you tripping she just my best friend," I said
"whatever have fun with your best friend," he said sarcastically
I ran upstairs to Essences room opening the door
"what the hell" she said covering her body with a towel
I covered my eyes "I'm so sorry" I said
"You can open your eyes now," she said while putting her shirt on
"My bad I ain't know you were changing," I said chuckling
"Almost gave me a heart attack," She said plopping on the bed
"Sooner or later It will be natural for me to see you naked" I mumbled
She cocked her head back quickly "what you say"
I chuckled "Nothing important, but imma go the kids got school tomorrow," I said getting up
She jumped on my back kissing all over my cheek "bye bestieeeee" she shrieked making me laugh
"get yo ass of me," I said she chuckled and sat down
"Love you," she said
I ignored her
"Fuck you too then," she said making me laugh and continue my way back to my car...

I made it to the house to see Mia and Jaylin on the couch sleeping
I walked over to them causing Mia to jump up and shield Jaylin
"Hey hey relax it's me," I said
She sighed "what the hell is wrong with you it's two in the morning and she was crying all night worried about you" Mia whispered
"I was with essence and lost track of the time I'm sorry"
"whatever im gonna put her in the crib and go to bed" She said
I nodded and made my way to Jakovas room
" It's lagging omg" I heard from his room
I busted into his room "If you don't take yo ass to bed talking bout some it's lagging you got school tomorrow turn that shit off" I said
He sucked his teeth "Man that my brother thinking he the boss" he said into the mike
I smacked him in the back of his head
"Turn it off now," I said
He rolled his eyes and turned it off...
