Chapter 1: The 48

Currently, me and Bellamy were running to hell knows where. After I ran out of the drop ship yesterday, Bellamy helped me escape. He was furious for walking back out but now we're good, I think. We heard a sound from behind us and Bellamy was about to throw his spear as we saw Monroe and Sterling.

"Get back down.", He demanded.

"You were followed?", Monroe asked him as we all bend down.

"Quiet.", He whispered. He turned to face us. "Have you seen Finn?"

"Finn's alive?", Sterling asked.

"He was. We got separated.", Bellamy said and I remembered. "We knew the fire was coming, so we ran. But one of them followed." I looked at Monroe and Sterling.

"How'd you guys get out?", I asked them.

"We, uh, saw the Ark come down, and we thought we'd come get help.", Sterling explained and I nodded. Maybe my aunt and brother came down? "Piece of it came down this way. Monroe thinks it's Mecha, but personally I think-", He got cut off by chattering. We all looked in the direction it came from.

"Follow me. Stay low and quiet.", Bellamy demanded us. We hid and I saw the leader of the Grounders on his horse. Then I saw Finn and a boy. Their hands were tied with a rope so they had to follow. One of the boys fell and Finn tried to help him get up.

"On your feet.", The leader demanded.

"I can't.", The boy said. I felt so bad for him.

"He can't keep up.", Finn yelled. The leader got off of his horse and pulled the boy towards him through the rope. The boy grunted. He grabbed his sword, lifted the boy up and then slit his throat. I was shocked. This could happen to Finn any moment. He walked towards Finn and right when I was about to ran over to them, the leader handed Finn a bottle of water. He helped Finn stand up and continued to walk. We followed them.

"I know you're scared. But we are warriors. We can do this.", Bellamy said.

"How?", I asked him.

"We attack as a team. When he goes for me, Aaliyah and Monroe go for Finn. One's he's free, it's 5 on 1.", Bellamy said.

"What do I do?", Sterling asked.

"Try not to die.", Bellamy said. "Ready? 1... 2....3"

Bellamy and I started running. When the leader noticed us, we realised Monroe and  Sterling weren't following us.

"Bellamy, get Aaliyah out of here!", Finn yelled. The leader starting riding towards us and Finn flew on the ground, his hands still tied to the rope. Bellamy threw a spear towards the leader but missed and the leader made us both fall to the ground. I crawled over to Bellamy. The leader started punching Bellamy and I ran over to Finn to untie him. When I was about to, someone punched me in the face.

The leader finished tying me and Bellamy. That worked out pretty good, if I say it myself.

"You have to stay on your feet. He'll kill you if you don't.", Finn warned us. Suddenly, Monroe and Sterling started running towards us. The leader was ready to fight when we heard two gun shots. The leader fell down. Bellamy made me lay down. We looked up when we saw Kane, and lots of guards walk towards us.

"We're here now.", Kane said. "Everything's gonna be okay." I looked over at Finn and Bellamy.

They had untied us and I saw another group walking towards us. Clarke's mum walked over to us. I know who she was since I had went to her when I was a kid for treatments.
