Chapter 17: The big bad wolf got shot with a sliver bullet.

*Aubrey's POV*

I have the FBI Agent the best story of his career.

"Girl gets Kidnapped after witnessing 'The Group'"

I told him I couldn't remember the location but the nurse assured him that after a little sleep I would remember.

But the truth is, I had things to take care of before I handed Adam and his buffoons over so easily.

I'm other words: Lillian, Kyle, and of course Adam himself.

I needed to take care of them before I handed them over to the FBI on a silver platter, and for that matter anything on their location.

I waited until my werewolf healing kicked in though, before leaving the hospital and the wondering nurses and doctors behind.

I had telephoned The Group after I left the hospital and told them to meet me back at the house.

And now here I am...

With The Group.

Sneaking back into the place we had escaped not days before.

We walked down the stairs and pressed the down button on the elevator.

"Deep breaths everyone," Tina said.

I then looked down and said lowly under my breath, "I have been waiting a while to do this."

Kelsey gave me a small tentative smile before walking into the elevator.

Loaded from head to toe in guns and spells.

Even I had a gun.

Which was really saying something.

In the werewolf world killing someone with a gun was an act of cowardliness.

It was basically saying: I don't even have the time to fight your worthless ass.

I don't care if I look like a coward.

I'm not wasting my time on beating the shit out of someone.

I just want to do one giant kill sweep.

So, we went down in the elevator.

And when the elevator dinged telling us we had reached the floor I sucked in my breath.

And then the door opened.

To reveal at least a 100 men with guns.

Then a gun fired.

My gun.

And a big man with graying hair fell to the floor.

With a bullet in between his eyes.

"Lucky shot," Kelsey said with a smile in her voice.

"No, I'm just that good."

She smiled and then she fired her gun.

Along with the rest of The Group and Alex.

And then there was chaos.

I never thought of Alex as much of a killer, but it turned out he had some serious training in the kill department.

He was a good shot.

But I jumped on a man.

I had to had killed at least twenty.
