Sofia looks at Sullivan surprise because who would want to kill innocent little kids.
"I don't know. Maybe." Sofia said.
"I'll call Arson so they can see if it is." Sullivan said.
"Sofia let them check you out at Grey Sloan." Travis shouts from the aid car.
"Update me." Sofia said.
"I will." Sullivan said.
15 minutes later
Travis, Vic and Sofia all get back to the firehouse.
"I need to speak to you in my office." Sullivan said.
Sofia gets confused when she sees Ryan's police car drive up.
"Why is Ryan here?" Sofia asked.
"My office." Sullivan said.
They walk into Sullivan's office and Ryan follows.
"It was in fact Arson. Arson and the Police department will be working together to find out who did it. They will need your help." Sullivan said.
"First day back and I'm already getting kicked out." Sofia said.
"You will be back soon enough." Sullivan said.
"I would bring you to Arson and we will start an investigation, get people stories, and try to find who did this." Ryan said.
"When are we starting?" Sofia asked.
"Tomorrow. I'll pick you up." Ryan said.
"Ok. Can I go now?" Sofia said.
Ryan nods. Sofia walks out upset.
"Hey what's wrong?" Jack asked.
Sofia continues to walk away with tears in her eyes. Jack runs after her and hugs her.
"It was arson. Someone wanted to kill these kids." Sofia said as she starts to cry on Jack.
"Sofia it's going to be ok. You guys will find out who did this and they will go to jail." Jack said.
Jack wipes away her tears and kisses Sofia.
Station 19, Aid car 19, Station 23, Collison, Gasion pier.
"Come on." Jack said.
Jack kisses Sofia. They run into the trucks. Sofia looks out the window not talking to anyone.
"Tanner everything ok?" Ben asked.
Sofia doesn't say anything. Jack nudged Sofia with his foot.
"Sof you alright?" Jack asked.
"Can everyone ask me if I'm ok. I'm fine!" Sofia said.
They get to the pier.
"Woah." Maya said as she jumps out of the truck.
Tears start going down Sofia's face.
"Hey. If this is too much for you than you can can help with triage." Jack said as he wipes away Sofia's tears.
"I'm ok." Sofia said as she lies to herself.
This arson case is hitting her harder than she thinks.
