*TWO WEEKS LATER*

Nia's POV~

I walked near the waterfall, a hand set on my stomach as I picked up an anemone flower, clearly aware of the story behind it. I really didn't care, it was a beautiful flower itself.

It's been two weeks since I last spoke or saw Darmius and I really wasn't looking forward to either. The fact that he chose Olivia over me was really heartbreaking, especially since I knew him when he was younger, maybe I didn't know him his whole life, but I knew him before Olivia. In the end he picked her over me and our child, I understood that part and I just sound selfish.

I was walking back when I heard yelling" she is not going Nico and that's that." sounded like Jess. I watched near by, trying not to let them know I was there.

" Amber is going, whether you like it or not." Nico said.

Jess was getting angry" you know exactly why I don't want to let her go, your father is trying to kill my sister and I won't allow my daughter to see him." He didn't say anything as he just stormed past me, bumping into me slightly, that's when Jess saw me.

I looked at her" I'm sorry Jess, this is all my fault." I felt tears well up in my eyes.

She shook her head" it's fine, Nia. It's not your fault. You know this is the first time you've spoken to anyone in the last two weeks, you want to talk?"

I looked in the eyes of my sister and nodded" the fact that he chose her over and our child piss me off, she's not even his blood relative. She killed one of my best friend's and he chose her." I was practically yelling.

Jess took a minute before responding" as much as you may hate my answer, but maybe there is more to him choosing her. You two are perfect for each other and it doesn't make sense that he wouldn't, did you give him time to explain."

" no, my heart was too busy breaking into a million pieces. I've never felt so much pain and I feel like nothing without him." I broke down in her arms. She tried to comfort me, but I couldn't stop crying.

Nico came back" she won't go, Jess, Amber won't go to the underworld." he sounded calmer.

She got up" I'm sorry, Nico. I just don't think she's ready to visit him there yet, maybe we can find a different way for her to see him."

He nodded and kissed her" I love you, Jess."

She smiled" I love you too, but I'm not letting them out of my sight." he laughed and agreed.

I stood up and let them have their moment" I better go, umm....talk to your mother Jess." she nodded.

Nico moved Jess out of his arms before he hugged me" I'm sorry, Nia. We know how much you love him, he's a fool for not picking you."

I smiled my first smile in the two weeks I've been here" thank you, I hope I have what you two have. You really were made for each other, soul mates you can say." I left them.

Jess' POV~

Nico and I watch Amphania's shadow fade, we all knew how much this was killing her on the inside. I love my sister and I know she would do whatever she could to make me happy if the same thing happened to me and Nico, but I doubt that would ever happened because we can't stay mad at each other for long.

I grabbed Nico's hand before we left Mount Olympus and went to the apartment she shared with Darmius. The inside was huge and beautiful. We saw a figure sitting on the floor, surrounded by bottles. We walked closer and saw who I'm guessing was Darmius, he looked a mess, he should've.

I squatted in front of him" get up" his eyes snapped open as he looked at me confused" I said get up."

He slowly did" who are you?" he whispered.

" you don't get to ask the questions, we do. You can start off by telling us why you did that to my sister? Why did you pick that mermaid over her and your children?" he was about to speak, but I didn't give him the chance" is it because you're sleeping with her? Did you enjoy playing with my sisters heart like th-"

" JESS!!" I stopped and turned to Nico" sweetheart, calm down and let him explain." I nodded and sat down on the couch, taking out a sword to show him I meant business.

He gulped" in a heart beat I would've chosen Nia, but there's more to it than that."

" what's more important than my sister and your children?" I added.

He frowned" nothing is more important than Nia, but Olivia wasn't the one who killed him, well it's not like she could've said no."

I looked at him curiously" and why couldn't she say no? Anstoine was a great guy, he didn't deserve to die."

He looked at us" because Hades was manipulating her, she didn't have a choice. If she didn't, he would've killed the one she loved, not Elliot and he killed him anyway. She was forced to kill the man she loved, Anstoine."

Nico and I gasped. Nico shook his head in anger, shame, and disappointment" that's my father for you and Jess, we're not taking Amber to see him. He can forget it." I held his hand, he turned to Darmius" why the hell don't you think that would've been relevant when Nia left? She's spent the past two weeks crying over you, alone, trying to get over the fact that you chose someone else over her and she's carrying YOUR child."

He broke eye contact with us, falling to the floor, crying. We walked over to him, taking him to Mount Olympus with us. We looked around for Nia, it took us a while to find her and we eventually did, she was sitting in the middle of the garden, that's where she's been in these two weeks.

He rushed to her" Amphania" she looked up and her face practically went pale. Darmius lowered himself in front of her, tears already started to roll down her cheeks.

Nia stood up" what are you doing here?"

He placed a hand on her cheek" I need you back, I love you and I'm sorry. I never meant to choose Liv over you, it will never happen again." he was on his knees, begging as he explained the reason why.

She looked down at him" answer me this.." looking him dead in the eyes" did you sleep with her? Did you sleep with Olivia?" he paused...
