Pagpasok na pagpasok ko sa bahay, nagulat ako nung biglang may sumigaw.
“OHMYGOSH MOM! Ate’s here!!! WHOAH WAIT! Tell me, where is he???” Tapos sumilip silip pa si Britney sa likod ko.

Excited siyang makita si Lance!!!
“He’s not with me” I said, pushing her away.
Habang naglalakad papunta sa stairs, nagsalita ulit siya.
“What do you mean he’s not with you? Are you cancelling the dinner tonight?”
“Nope”
“Then why---”
“JUST SHUT UP Britney!! Ghad!”
Hinabol niya pa rin ako hanggang sa taas.
Ang kulit talaga nito!
“Bakit wala pa siya? Dinner starts in 45 minutes” sabi niya.
I stopped walking and turned around.
Tinignan ko siya ng masama.
“Ang pakielamera mo” sabay pasok sa kwarto ko.
“Mana lang sayo! Duh! Dapat sanay ka na”
“ARGH!”
Sumunod na naman siya at umupo pa sa kama ko. “Napakasungit mo ah. You should be happy na pumayag si mama makipagdinner para makilala boyfriend mo”
I walked towards the door then closed it. “Are you really an idiot for not understanding the purpose behind this fucking dinner? Mom wants to meet Lance because she wants to know if he’s good for me or not. And kapag hindi? We both know she’ll do anything para maghiwalay kami”
