Greetings, readers.

The days have been long, haven't they? Still waiting patiently I see... Still here, listening and tuning in to such a boring program? It's almost like you think something normal isn't happening here, but that's just nonsense, now, isn't it? What's there to see, really? Oh, well, if you insist, but I assure you,

Everything's normal here.

"There was so much blood on the floor," Y/N mutters, her E/C eyes glazed with a traumatic haze as they stay fixed to the white ceiling of her living room. Her hands still shook and she couldn't seem to properly steady her breathing even as soft hands soothingly massage her head with intent to calm her frayed nerves. A worried frown tips the corners of Normal's lips as he stares down at the frightened woman with guilt laced in his gaze. He too was shaken for a number of reasons, but he wanted to remain calm for her. He didn't want to cause a worse panic. Softly, the man shushes her before feeding his neighbor with words to ease her mind.

"Everything is going to be okay. It's over now. The police are taking care of everything." That sparked a new fear in him that was immediately shoved to the back of his head as he adds, "Let's just hope that nothing like this will ever happen again." A hand reaches up to still his own, the grip tight and a little unsteady, but he didn't mind at all; in fact the action sent a warm wave over his heart, though, he wasn't too happy about that look she gave him.

"But, what if it does?" She questions with a quivering lip before releasing a gasp of horror and shooting up from her laying position on the couch. Cameron was taken aback when she snagged his other hand and came in close, but his face couldn't help but heat up, regardless of the situation. "W- What if someone comes to kill one of us!?" She couldn't help but be paranoid after what she had witnessed and after what Darlene had told her yesterday about her daughter's death possibly not being an accident. She was frightened, and for good reason, but Cameron didn't like seeing her this way.

"Y/N," he called her name so tenderly as he slipped his hands out of her own to place his cool palms against her heated cheeks. They were wet due to being drenched by her tears, but that didn't faze him. Her head lowers as she grabs ahold of his wrists while shutting her crying eyes, appreciative of his kindness. A sob catches in her throat as she apologizes.
