A couple weeks after the dance everything seemed normal.
Nothing exciting really happened. School went on like usual and John hasn't done anything, yet.
But, all that peacefulness is always bound to come to an end.

"Ahhh, friday." Kendra sighs, while laying down on the grass.
"Haha, yessss." I say and lay down next to her.
It was a nice sunny day in Washington, which is really rare.
"Hey girls!" Ezra ran up from behind us and stared down at me.
"What in the world are you guys doing?" Jazlyn comes up from behind Ezra.
"Enjoying the sun! Problem?" Kendra says in a sarcastic tone.
I chuckle a little and close my eyes, soaking in the sun. Ezra and Jazlyn soon join us on laying down in the grass.
"Oh, Blue. Josiah invited us over to hang out and apparently his mom is making some tea." Ezra says.
"Tea?" I stare at her weirdly.
"Yeah." She just glances at me and goes back to relaxing.
"Okay then. Can you guys come?" I ask Jazlyn and Kendra.
"Maybe, I would have to ask my Aunt." Kendra says.
"Sorry, I got a lot of homework tonight." Jazyln shrugs.
"Aw, okay." I say and sit up.
I stand up and look down at Ezra. She extends her hand and I help her to her feet.
"Text me later okay." I tell Kendra and she nods.
We walk silently down the dirt road to Josiah's house. My phone buzzes in my back pocket and I grab it instantly.
Kendra: Can't go, Aunt grounded me for not finishing the dishes. See you tomorrow, love ya girl!
"Welp, Kendra can't come." I sigh and put my phone back into my pocket.
"That's alright, I understand." Ezra says, kicking a rock.
"So, how's Adam?" I ask, starting a conversation.
"Good, he brought me a rose this morning." A big grin was visible on Ezra's face.
"Awww, love birds." I elbow her and she giggles.
"Anyway, how are you and Josiah?" She asks.
I hesitate a little before I answer, "Alright, I guess."
"Alright? You guess? What's going on between you two?" She raises an eyebrow at me.
"Nothing!" I shake my hands in the air.
"He kissed me before he left after school."
"Awwww." Ezra says with a goofy expression.
"Oh, stop. It's not like I haven't seen you and Adam in the hall." I tease.
"What?!" She says with a sarcastic gasp.
I laughed at her expression.
We walk up the steps to Josiah's front porch. I ring the doorbell and in two seconds I'm greeted by kiss from Josiah.
"Well, that came out of nowhere." I say while walking into the house.
"Am I not allowed to greet my girlfriend?" He says jokingly.
I just stuck my tongue out at him and he laughs slightly.
"Into the kitchen we go!" Ezra skips down the hallway.
"Hey kids!" Lisa stood behind the counter with a pot of tea.
She was wearing a black skirt and a nice white polo.
"Where are you going mom?" Josiah asks while setting his hands on my waist.
I giggle a little as he tickles my sides lightly.
Lisa smiles and answers, " I've got some errands to run. Your dad is upstairs in his office." She grabs her keys and waves at us before exiting the house.
I felt anger rising as I knew I was in the same house as that horrid wolf hunter.
"You coming Blue?" Josiah tugs on my arm and I nod.
Ezra and Me follow Josiah to the backyard.
"Trampoline!" I yell and rush over to it.
Ezra climbs on after me and we start jumping.
"I'm gonna go get the tea!" Josiah yells.
"Okay!" Me and Ezra say while jumping.
After a couple minutes I start getting tired and sit down in the middle of the trampoline.
"You okay?" Ezra asks while jumping around me.
"Tired." I chuckle.
"Alright, who wants some tea?"
"Me!!" Ezra and I yell at the same time; we were like five year olds on our birthday.
Josiah pulls up three lawn chairs for us and we sit down with our cups in hand.
Ezra takes a sip then Josiah does. I look over and he smiles at me, I smile back.
I take a drink. My tongue starts burning and my mind becomes hazy.
I hear a thunk, but it sounded like it came from miles away.
I look over and see Ezra collapsed on the ground. My name is being shouted, but it's echoing and faint. I sway back and forth, soon collapsing next to Ezra.
Someone shakes me, but I can't move.
WolfsBane....
That was the last thought I had before I fell under a deep slumber.
