~Jungkook pov~

"Jungkook, we aren't dictating your life." Namjoon sighed.

"Sounds like it." I replied.

We are in the library. Today, we decided to meet up in the library cause we needed some books. Yoongi asked me how the project with Taehyung was going. I told him that it was going good. Then, everyone told me to finish it quickly and never talk to Taehyung again, which is rude. I feel like they are dictating my life because I can be friends with who I want, despite something they did when I wasn't even here.

"I get that I'm new, but, I can make my own decisions and judgments. Thanks." I said.

"Jungkook, we aren't don't mean to sound so rude, but, you just don't know everything." Jin said.

"Know what? What is there to know?" I asked.

"Tae's life... we don't know the details but we know he's not a good person to be around. His family life is-" I cut Hoseok off.

"Please shut up. His family life is not anyone else's business except his own. You say yourself that you don't know all the details so stay out of it. I want to be his friends, I think we are, and I will continue to be his friend, despite what you guys or anyone else says. Please, stay out of this part of my life and don't talk about his. See you guys at lunch." I said.

I walk out of the library. I walked down the hall and to the bathroom. I walked to the sink and splashed water on my face. I looked in the mirror.

All I've ever wanted is friends, but I think I made the wrongs ones when I got here. I don't care if Taehyung has flaws, we all do. It's not right to judge him. Hell, he could be going through something no one can help. I don't want to be friends with anyone that is rude to someone or talks about them and doesn't know the whole story. I understand they are just looking out for me, but I can do that myself. I wish they could see that...
