~Taehyung pov~

I smacked myself. C'mon Taehyung. Shut your bitch-ass-self up and get him to the hospital.

I picked Jungkook up and ran. I didn't go fast, but I was getting there. Jungkook can't die. He can't. He's the only thing I love in the world. He's the only thing I care about. I can't lose him. I can't...

I reached the hospital. I carried him in. The nurses saw Jungkook. They ran over to me and got him. They put him on a stretcher and carried him away. I walked over to the wall. I held it. I feel as if I can faint.

"Sir... Sir, are you okay?" A nurse asked.

"I-I feel like I'm go-going to faint..." I said.

"You're in shock Sir, follow me." She said. She led me to the counter and walked away. She came back with a wheelchair. I sat down. She wheeled me to a room and put a blanket around me. She then gave me some water.

"You're covered in blood... are you hurt?" She asked.

"N-no... It's my boyfriend's." I said. She nodded.

"Is he the boy you carried in here?" She asked. I nodded.

"What happened?" She asked, leaning against the counter in the room.

"It's a long story." I answered. She nodded.

"Is he going to be okay?" I asked, looking at her. She looked down.

"I don't know... Do you want me to go check and see what they are going to do?" She asked. I nodded. She smiled softly and left and closed the door. I leaned back and looked at the ceiling. I breathed in and out shakily. He has to be okay. He can't die. He can't..... Kookie... please don't die.

I nervously waited for the nurse to come back. Every time I hear footsteps walk by the door, my heartbeat increases.

After waiting for a few minutes, the door opened. The nurse walked inside and closed the door. She looked at me. I gulped and waited for you to tell me what they were doing to Jungkook.

"He has been taken to the OR for an emergency surgery. I don't know if the bullet hit any vital organs. He's not dead, so I'm guessing it hasn't. He's lost a lot of blood, so they are trying to fix that." She explained.

"So... he's alive? Like, right now?" I asked.

"Yes, he is alive at this moment." She said. I sighed in relief.

"Thank you." I said. She smiled.

"No problem. I have to go, but I'll come back and tell you when you can go and see him. And, I will also go and get you some clothes. We have some extras." She said. I nodded. She walked out of the room. I drank the rest of the water I had and I waited for her to come back. She did and she handed me the clothes. I thanked her and she left again. I changed into the clothes and I waited for her to come back and tell me where Jungkook is.

~~~~~~
"Sir. Sir, wake up." I heard a voice saying. I felt someone shake my shoulder. I opened my eyes. I saw the girl from earlier. I looked around. The sun was barely up.
"Jungkook has been moved to a room. Would you like to go there?" She asked. I sat up quickly.
"Yes please." I said. She nodded. I stood and got my clothes. I followed her. I followed her to the elevator. She pressed the buttons and we got off. We walked down a long hall. We walked to a room and she rested her hand on the doorknob.
"We put him on a lot of medication, so we don't know when he will wake up. We will come and check on him and stuff. Breakfast is at the cafeteria now if you're hungry. Please, don't mess with any equipment." She said. I nodded. She opened the door. We walked inside. She turned the lights on dim. I walked over to the couch and put my clothes down. I walked over to Jungkook. He had IVs, an oxygen mask, pulse readers, and lots of other stuff.
"Can I touch him?" I asked the nurse. She lightly chuckled.
"Of course you can sweetie. I have to go. If something goes wrong, the machines will notify us. See you later." She said, bowing and leaving. She closed the door. I looked back at Jungkook. I lightly touched his arm. I then held his hand. I was expecting to wake up from a dream. I expected it to be cold and lifeless. But, it was warm. I smiled lightly and squeezed it a bit. I felt a tear form in my eyes. Happy tears. I sat down on the edge of his bed. I reached up and lightly brushed the hair out of his face. I rubbed his cheek with my thumb. I would kiss him, but I can't due to the hospital mask. I leaned close to him and kissed his forehead. I got up and let go of his hand. I turned the light out and I lied down not the couch. Maybe if I sleep, it won't take as long for him to wake up. I then drifted off to sleep.
