The blind side of things

I was confused scared and paranoid all at once

"What's going on" I asked waking up

I was back at my house

"Do you want these on the table?" Clar asked me holding up a vase of flowers

"When did you get here?" I asked

"You seriously don't remember? You must have hit your head pretty hard" she said touching my forehead

"Huh?" I said confused

"We found you in the church with a pill bottle in your hand" she said

"What no i was with this lady and she said she was a police officers and-" i started

"There were no police at the funeral Carls" Clar said

"No she was dressed normal but she had a badge and then when i was in the car with her I figured out she wasn't a police officers " I said

"And her name?" Clar asked not believing me

"Um....Sara Mcadams! That was it!" I replied remembering the name on her badge

Clar looked at me

"Sara Mcadams died six years ago Carly " she said looking at me as if I were crazy

"But that was her I swear!" I said raising my voice a little

"Okay okay" said Clar

She didn't believe me

"Okay" I replied 

"On a less crazy note I heard about Jay" she said smiling

"You think I'm crazy?!" I asked

"That topic is over Carls " she said with an annoyed look on her face

"Wow" I said getting up and walking to the kitchen

"So that's done with " she said walking behind me

"Sure okay whatever" I said

"Maybe I should just leave" Clar stated pointing to the door

"I think that's best for everyone" I said pulling out the cutting board

"I hope your okay Carly your scaring me more then a chicken is scared of its shadow " she said

Are chickens even scared of their shadows?!

"I'm fine" I said

"Jays coming over by the way" she said walking out of the house and to her car

I continued to cut up carrots and potatoes until I heard someone open the door

"Thank goodness your okay Carly " he said sitting at one of the barstools infront of me

"You think I'm crazy too?" I asked

"I believe you" he said

"Really?" I asked turning all my attention to him

"Your my friend I trust your words" he said

"Friend?" I asked

"Yeah I was thinking maybe getting married right now isn't best for you" he said looking down

I only nodded

"No hard feelings though?" he asked me

I wiped my hands on my jeans and walked in front of him when he turned the barstool

"If that's what you want then fine , but I'm not going to wait around for you so I think getting married at all is out of the question Jay Worthington" I said kissing him quickly

"I just want to wait" he said with a surprised look on his face

"I think you should leave" I whispered

"Come on Carly " he said

"Go" I said louder

He stood up

"I hope you get better" he said

And with that he walked out the door and to his car

Did no one want me around?

I picked up the phone and dialed Clar's number

She picked up the phone

"Wanna go our tonight?" I asked
