The blind side of things

Annoying Alfredo

All night I stayed awake not believing the first day back

I mean all of that happened in one day

I went down stairs to get a glass of milk and heard the phone ring

I answered it hearing Clar

"Carly I need you to get over here" she whispered

"Where is everything alright?" I asked scared

"No everything is not all right come here at 2120 Long beach Ave." she said

"What's going on?" I asked

But she already hung up

This made my stomach feel weird

I grabbed my keys and headed out the door

I started driving till I seen the address Clar gave me and there were a lot of cars here

Then someone came towards me

It was Jay

I got out of the car closing the door behind me

"Where's Clar?" I asked

"Probably screwing someone right about now" he said

"I thought you were gonna be with Sabrina " I said

"She's inside" he said

"So why did Clar call me saying everything was not alright?" I asked

"Oh yeah I needed to tell you I was um...well sorry for kissing you in the park today its just you looked so I don't know perfect and beautiful I just did it" he said

"That's why she called me" I asked

"Yeah I didn't have your number and I couldn't sleep unless I apologized" he said

"So you threw a party instead?" I asked

"Well Sabrina did" he said scratching the back of his neck

He looked so cute

"Well then here instead of making Clar call me you do it next time" I said grabbing a pen from his shirt pocket and writing my number on his hand

"Thanks I guess" he said

"Sure whatever" I said going back to my car

"Wait" he said

I turned back around to him

"Since your already here how about you stay for the party?" he said

"I'm in my sleep wear" I said

"I'm sure you fit my sisters size" he said

"I'm not walking in there in my pj's" I said

"So your changing in your car?" he asked

"No I can't do that its weird" I said

"Hmm....I have an idea" he said

"You really want me to come in don't you" I asked him

"You need to lighten up sometimes Skippy" he said

"Ahuh fine just what's your plan?" I asked kinda tired now

He picked me up over his shoulder

"Hey" I said surprised

"Look just pretend your asleep and keep your face to my back everyone will think your my sister" he said

"But your sister is so pretty" I said

"You'll pass I guess" he said

"Wow gee thanks" I said
