Chapter 9

*Luke's P.O.V*

"Hey you up for double date?" James asked me meaning Steph, Sky , him and I

"Yeah, would you give them a call for me?"

"Sure mate"

"Thanks"

*Skylar's P.O.V*

"Babe, your phone's ringing" Steph shouted at me while I was upstairs.

"Who is it?" I asked her coming down the stairs.

"It's yo lova" she said in an American accent.

"Well, that's not possible cause I don't have a 'lova' " I said piking up the phone, leaving

her not to argue with the fact that if I had a lover or not.

"Hello"

"Hi, it's James"

"Yeah, I know it showed your name" he chuckled as I said that.

"Right, so eurm, would you like to go on a double date with Luke, Steph and I? If both of u are up for it?"

"Yeah, we'd be glad to" I said without even asking Steph first.

"..."

-

"Get ready we have a double date to attend later"

"What double date?" She asked a bit confused.

"You, Luke, James and I"

"Yeah, that was nice of you to mention it to me before you agreed" she said sarcastically

"I know. Your welcome"

Since we were going to a restaurant but not a to fancy one, I decided to wear a light pink dress with really thin straps with white heels with a grey cardigan and a bunch of bracelet to cover my still showing scars. I let my hair quite natural as I was to lazy to either straiten them out perfectly or to curl them, for my makeup I didn't put much on so I wouldn't look like a fake Barbie and plus I'm not really good at doing it.

As I was waiting for Steph I received a text from James

-

-Hey, beautiful x 'I blushed as I red the word beautiful'

-Hey, James

-You gals ready?

-Yep just in 5mins

-Ok w'ill pick you up in 5

-Ok, later

As I was looking threw my time line on Twitter I heard a knock on door.

'Hey James' I welcomed him as I opened the door 'Come in we're just waiting for Steph I'll go get her you can take a seet in the living room

'Hey, thanks but I'll just wait here'

'Ok, suit your self'

'Let's go' I say snapping James out of his daydream

'All right m'ladies' James and I sat in the front seats while Luke and Steph sat in the back

'So where are we going' Steph asked the boys.

'Somewhere' Luke responded thinking he was smart

'Ok then' she responded

'We're here' James sang out

'Finally' Luke said annoyed of the car ride

'Wow this is a beautiful place'

'It is' Steph said in agreement

'Ready to order?' The waiter asked us holding his notepad to take are order

'Eum, yes I'll take a salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and bits of chicken with an olive dressing please, thanks ' not that I ordered that because I'm a snobby kind of girl that only eats salad but I wasn't really hungry.

'I'll have the same please, but with a bit of cheese in it please, thank you' Steph asked

'I'll have the number 9 with the side of fries please' Luke asked the nice man

'I'll have the number 2 with also a side of fries please' James ordered

'And for the drinks' the waiter asked

'I'll have some water please' making me look like I was actually on a diet

'Same for me please' James said

After Luke and Steph ordered we gave our menus to the waiter

We started making small chats before are food came. After a few minutes are drink came and we all thanked the man, followed by are meals.

I went to pick up my drink as saw Luke looking at something in a weird and sort of derange way, so I decided to follow his eye sight to find that he was looking at my scars which my bracelet weren't covering well enough. As I realized where he was looking I soon put my arm under the table and fixed my bracelet so James wouldn't see them. Shit.

*Luke's P.O.V *

She saw me looking at her wrist and hid under table quick and had a worried look in her eyes. With that, the phrase she told me at the park kept replaying inside my head ''The only person I'm gonna hurt here is myself.'" Is that what she means, worry took over me probably as much as her. I wanna tell James but I don't want her to hate me or to feel weird or anything, so if she tells him well alright but if she doesn't well I'm just gonna leave it at that I'm not gonna force her to tell him or anything and it's not a thing she'd say to many people I think.

As we were leaving the restaurant Sky came and talk to me while we were walking back to James' car

'I know you saw them' she whispered to me so no one else could here except me 'Just please don't mention it to James, ok?' She said still whispering

'Don't worry I'm not planning on to'

'Thank you' she said as a massive weight as bin lifted off her shoulders.

'No problem Sky' I said feeling weird about it all.
