THURSDAY
I can't say that this day went to waste because it definitely had some good factors to it. I woke up pretty late today given that I had to pack all my stuff that I bought and brought with me as well in to a little back pack. I wasn't one for light travelling, I liked to shop, it was as simple as that. So because I woke up so late, I skipped breakfast and we were fast on the high way on route for our 6 hour journey to beautiful San Diego, California.
I can honestly say that I spent the whole day crammed in that car, and I say crammed because the car was a 5 seater and we were already 5 plus the luggage and items we had to bring along. The trunk actually didn't close when we tried closing it, it was stuck open because of all the things we had. The bell boys, yes there was more than one, were all laughing at us, we had 17 shopping bags, it was quite funny actually.
So when we were on the road, we had our stops for gas and food but the journey wasn't as long as I had anticipated, I'm starting to like car rides, and roadtrips. So we reached San Diego at about 7pm and had dinner at a neighbouring Cheesecake factory. that was about it for my day.
