Why so Serious?
Those cluttered spaces in your Huge Heart
Resembles me, and me alone
Words escaped from your mouth
Nothing else, Brilliance and Wisdom
Hips below your hands, such knitted Brows!
Forgiven, in mere minutes
Sacrifices of the Yearning Soul
Again, relished Thoughts of selfishness
Your brittle hands, stamped hard on my Face
Your howling fury, Hell to the No.
Put me up first, Food or Shelter?
Hath there not been any Curses from you?
My silly ears, immune yet enthralled
Your heaving chest, of Recurring Works
Patience, the Key it may not be
Way more, will I ever be blind?
Muted silence felt the pangs of Guilt
Deeply entrenched within my Soul
A Miracle you’ve perspired, neither life nor Death?
Morality and Tears, works well together
My voice, won’t it ever exceed Yours? Forever.
Petty reminiscence of my losing Games
Your feet of Jannah, I swear by it!
Forgotten, you may Never, Ever be!
Cherish those sweats and Blood, my Ummi
Realize thee not, of my humble Achievements
So simple, may not fueling thy Pride
Blessings of thee, Utmost Importance
Respect’s such an Ancient word, Rejoice more and Love!
The day you hit me meant nothing, a Trigger!
My worth is well below thy Caste
My undivided attention, Wife or not
Channeled truly to thee, my Inspiration of the Hearts
White lines of hair, Cascading down.
Age is such a curse! One might say,
But Not thee, experience had been the Greatest Friend!
Nag me more, dearest Matriarch
For thy Blessings are equal of His
Always and forever, my Soul sticks towards yours
Of Mother and Son, an Ode of Joy
