The Epiphany of Slumber

Sleep and slumber, whats the difference? Nothing more than rest? Or a stop? Well, the double meaning rests in what your mind perceives. I could only lead you the way. :)

Won’t we close the eyes?

Hath we not know the Evils it bring

 Ponder ye, upon such blasphemy

 Thy eyes are fooling ye

 Hell is blissful, unlike Heaven

 Au contraire, the ears whisper!

 Open thee, o restless mind.

Now is not the time for contemplating

 The end, neareth it seems.

 Noses are yet, treacherous beings

 Logic, overrated and deviated

Shut down thy face multitude of times

Blankets and warmth are merely jargons

 Covering thee with chill, pneumonia!

Forever unseen, such infestation of remarks

 Wild things are dormant

 Trapped inside a hallowed soul

 Uprooted from Earth, air-bound

 When all others fail thee

The eyes openeth, never ceased to harm

Glad from the illusion of grandeur

 Away into an epileptic treasure

Blow the worries away, not likely.

 Remains we must, asleep

Rolling in such dreams once more

To rise and fall, once again
