Chapter Twenty

A few weeks have past and still no sigth of my mother she moves from country to country every five to six months and we don't even know if that's even right.

We called everyone who might know where she may be but no use because no one seams to know anything.

I've been helping with baby Julian as best and as much I could but mainly because I wanted practice , to be ready with my baby.

Some nights I just sit in the tub with bubbles surrounding me and my bump just in the air , believing that she's a girl mostly because that's what her daddy believes.

Its also hard to sleep at night with out Adam , I mean it was hard enough when we broke up but somehow it feels more difficult.

"Morning mama bear " Dan came in and rubbed my belly

I chuckled "Morning Daniel" we were in the kitchen it was atleast five in the morning and I had gotten up to get a cup of tea since I won't be going to sleep any time soon.

"Why are you up so early , Sam ?" He poured himself some coffee and sat in front of me.

"Uh needed tea also I can't sleep " I ran my fingers through my hair , mainly in frustration.

"Adam ?" he asked and I nodded , I dont know why but I hid my face because I knew I was about to start crying.

"Aw Sam " I heard Dans chair creak "Come here" he wrapped me in a hug and that's when all the tears I have been holding back came rushing out.

I cried on him for a few minutes "Look in a month or two that baby will be in this world an ill be here for you okay " said Daniel pulling me back to look at my face.

"Thanks Dan , but I can't give birth to the baby unless Adam is here " I looked down wiping the tears off my cheeks.

"You will no matter what , you hear me ?" Dan scolded me.

I laughed "okay fine " I stood up with the help of Daniel "I'm going to get cleaned up and we will keep up the search , or unless you got other plans ? " I asked him and he shock his head.

"Sam someone ones on the phone for you " I heard Liv yell from downstairs .

"Thanks liv" I stood up and grabbed the phone

"Hello?" no answer "Hello ?"I said and I heard someone inhaling.

"Samantha its your mother " the voice on the other side said.

"Um uh I-I don't kno-" she cut me off by laughing.

"you are your fathers daughter " her laugh died down and I had no idea what to say " anyways I've heard that you need help finding the goddess ?"

I ran my hand through my hair "Yeah she can help up with a situation we're stuck in " I finished rubbing my belly , the baby has been kicking a lot more.

"Samantha your a strong Luna , hell maybe even stronger than me , if you really want to contact her you have to concentrate and suman her " she paused , and exhaled

"You are a beautiful strong smart women who's becoming a mother , me as your mother, I am very proud of the women you've become , goodbye my dear" and before I could reply the line went dead.

I just sat there mostly shocked about what had just happened , I put the phone down and made my way downstairs to find Daniel.

"hey you seen Dan ?" I asked liv as I saw her bounce the baby , I went over and pinched his cheeks.

"No actually" she looked down and smiled.

"Thanks" so I decided to mindlink him.

"hey Dan ? where are you ? I figured how to find the goddess !" I finished and waited for a reply , but I didn't get one , what the hell where is that boy .

I decided to go alone , I drove to the water fall where Adam once drove me to tell me I was his mate , this place calmed me more than anything.

"here we are" I said to myself as I parked the car and got out.

The breeze felt nice the sound of the waterfall was relaxing , I layed out a blanket and sat down.

A thought came in mind , how the hell is the goddess summond.

I closed my eyes and exhaled, "okay goddess lady , I need your help" I said in my head then I peeked an eye open and no one was here.

I tried at least another two times and nothing , I was starting to get frustrated so I tried one more time "okay most powerful lady, get your head out of your ass and help me because I know you don't have anything else to do " I opened my eyes again and nothing.

I stood up and noticed that it was almost dark , I hugged myself "I have no idea where your at Adam but just know " I paused "I love you" and I started to walk to the car.

This may sound cliche but right when my hand pulled out my keys a poof sound happened and I groaned now this bitch wants to appear, I mumbled in my head.

Turning around I saw Adam ? he looked glossy and blurry but I could also clearly see him.

"Hey baby" he said , I was confused and surprised but also happy.

"uh -" I couldn't even make a sentence, this is so wierd , I ran my fingers through my hair and turned around.

"Sam , I'm not the goddess , because that would be weird , being some powerful old lady " he chuckled and I smiled at finally hearing his voice and his laugh.

Turning around again I came face with something I've been missing his smile "Adam , what happened ? how am I suppose to get you back ?" I leaned on my car, standing is hard for a lady whose about to pop.

" Your so big " he sounded sad but also very happy , I glared at him and he laughed.

"Did you found out the gender ? and when are you going to give birth to the baby ?" he asked.

"Adam answer my questions and I will answer yours , you do know I need you by my side when I'm giving birth " he looked at me with a sad expression.

"Sam im not going to be there on time , I'm sorry " I couldn't reply "Babe there's no way to undo the spell" I layed my hand on my stomach.
