9. Why?

And as he promised...,Jinyoung was less bossy and needy during work, he would only call me when he needs something desperately.

Also at the dorm, we would eat dinner together, watch tv together, and discuss work and other stuff in our lives.
Our relationship got way better and my feelings to him got bigger.

My 2nd week in S.Korea passed quickly, I was finally happy and relieved, that everything worked out well, or maybe not?

Today was the day of the annual party for the company, Jinyoung wanted us to go together.

I curled my hair and put make up on. I decided to do Smokey eyes and red lips because it matched well with my red dress and black high heels.
I was finally ready so I got out of my bedroom.

I saw Jinyoung standing in the living room confused. He was wearing a black tuxedo that shaped his broad shoulders well and his hair was pushed back revealing his forehead.
I wondered how can someone be this much handsome. I couldn't help but stare and fall in love with his features.

"Hey Jinyoung."

"H-hi" he stuttered.
"Wow y-you look amazing (Y/N)." He smiled widely.

"Um, thanks haha it's nothing though." I blushed at his words.

"No you are really wow-beautiful." He blushed too and checked me out while bitting his plump lower lip.

"So are you, you look really um handsome." I smiled at him.

"Haha nahh." He shrugged.

"So are you ready?"

"Um almost." He said with an annoyed expression.

"What's wrong?"

"I'm unable to put on my tie." He said embarrassed.

I chuckled at his cuteness, "here let me help you."
I got closer and did his tie.

"Thanks." He blushed and laugh shyly.

"Cute." I thought to myself.

"You are cute too." He smiled.

"S-so are you r-ready?" I stuttered because I got embarrassed that he heard me saying cute.

"Yes but let me put on perfume."

I nodded and he disappeared to his bedroom.

"I'm ready." He said coming out from his room.

As he got closer to me, the more I was able to smell his hypnotizing perfume. I couldn't help but melt in his amazing smell.

"Let's go!"

There was an awkward silence between us on the way to the party at Mr. Choi's house.

But then Jinyoung broke it,
"So I'll have to meet my friends and colleagues and then I should hang out with TaeSi. She will be there because she is Mr. Choi's daughter. Um do you have any company?" He asked while focusing on driving.

"Yeah don't worry, have fun!"

"You too." He smiled.

After few minutes, we arrived at the party.

"Text me when you wanna leave, I'm going to have a drink with my colleagues." I said.
