What Daddy Don't Know

Chapter 2 :

Izzy pulled the covers off of her body and stretched.

She was to meet Brick in an hour, so she had to be quick.

She walked into her closet and looked through the racks of clothes.

She chose on a simple all black rumper with her gold sandals.

She grabbed her outfit and undergarments and made her way to the shower.

Once she finished getting dressed, she added the gold locket her mother had given her for her 6th birthday.

She let her naturally curly hair hang off of her shoulders since it was still wet from her shower.

She grabbed her phone and car keys and quietly left the house.

Brick watched as Izzy walked carelessly to the bar he was sitting at.

He admired her beauty.

She took a seat next to him.

" Why am I here?" She asked him.

He chuckled at her impatient attitude.

" Why are you in a hurry? Daddy don't know you gone or something?" he joked, but once he saw her frown, he knew that her dad must really not know she was gone.

" It doesn't matter. Did you bring me here to joke around?" she questioned.

He loved how bold she was.

It showed that she wasn't weak.

" I just want to get to know you, is all." he started

He watched as her eyebrows furrowed together.

" So you brought me here to flirt, basically?" she asked

He laughed.

Izzy smiled at his smile. It was beautiful.

" If that's how you want to put it. You didn't say much yesterday. "

She nodded.

" I know. I don't really talk to strangers. " she said

He laughed again.

" Wow. Well you can talk to me. "

" I don't know you. "

Brick chuckled.

" After today you will. " he told her.

She smiled.

He knew that he almost had her where he wanted her.

" I don't mix business with pleasure, Brick. Plus, I'm not interested in being in a relationship. I don't have time for men"

He shook his head.

" That's what you think. Look, I saw you and I knew I had to have you. I will have you. " he said with much confidence.

" What makes you think you will have me?" she asked

He smirked and stood up, walking behind her.

He placed his hand on her thigh.

He heard her suck in a deep breath.

He ran his fingers up and down her arm, and kissed behind her ear.

He felt her shiver.
