17~Situation

"Why'd he get detention?" Thomas asked from the passenger seat as Stiles turned into the parking lot of Cora's school

"We'll talk about it later" Stiles said getting out of the car "Stay here" he walked up to the school to see Cora running out

"Stiles" she said excitedly

"Hey" He said picking her up as she jump at him "Are you exited to see your brother?"

"But where's Derek? He's supposed to come with us" she frowned

"Well he's gotta stay in school for a little longer okay" he said as she climbed into Stiles jeep

"Okay, now let's go we gotta see Luca" she said pointing to the exit as Stiles turned on the ignition

It was about a 20 minute drive before they got to the hospital and once Cora saw the hospital come into view she got all excited and bounced about in her seat. By the time Stiles has parked he didn't have any time to turn off the car before Cora was out of her seat and jumping out the jeep.

"Cora slow down" Stiles said running after her, once he caught up to her he held onto her waist and spun her "Stay"

"I'm not a dog" Cora said

"Well your yippy like dogs" Thomas said walking over to us "God you guys are in such a rush"

"Don't act like your not exited to see your baby brother" Stiles smirked causing Thomas to smile, they walked into the hospital and saw Melissa at the reception desk, "Melissa" Stiles called out to her

"Hey you three, what are you doing her?" She smiled

"Is it possible for them to see Luca, they haven't seen him"

"Follow me" She whispered as she looked around, they went up to the ICU floor and as they exited the lift Melissa called out for someone "Carrie" a women in front of them turned at that and smiled "Hey, I know your working but I was wondering if you can do that favour you owe me?"

"Yeah, sure, what is it?" Carrie asked holding a document at her side

"Well these two" Melissa began gesturing to Thomas and Cora "Have a brother in the ICU and they haven't been allowed to see him and I-"

"Melissa. You know I could get suspended for this" She said

"I know, they just really wanna meet him" Melissa said, Carrie looked towards Thomas and Cora to see them giving her their best puppy faces and pouting

"Fine, come with me" she said, Stiles and Melissa waited outside looking through the glass as Carrie took Thomas and Cora into where all the premature babies were. "This is baby Hale" Carrie told them as they walked towards the incubator

"Wow, he's so cute" Cora said placing a hand on top of the incubator

"Can we hold him?" Thomas asked excitedly

"I'm sorry honey he's not stable enough" Carrie said

"When can he come home?" Cora asked

"He's getting better that's a good thing" Carrie said avoiding her question

"Why's she not answering her question?" Stiles asked Melissa from outside the room

"Because, without the legal mother or father of the baby he's not allowed to be taken out of care of the hospital" Melissa frowned

"You told me about a situation similar to this before" Melissa nodded "You said the baby was given into the care of a different family, Melissa we can't let them take their brother from them, you have to do something"

"There's nothing I could do" Melissa said sadly

"What if you adopt him" Stiles suggested

"You can't adopt the baby without the biological parents signing away their rights as the parents, and Derek is only 16, if he was 18 it would be a totally different situation" Melissa said, they ended their conversation and went back to looking at the sibling looking over at their brother

"I wish Derek was her" Cora said

"I wish Jacob was here, he would have loved him" Thomas frowned as a tear threatened to fall

A few weeks ago (New York)

"He should be back by now" a brown haired guy said whilst pacing

"Calm down would ya Bobby" another man said sitting in a corner sharpening his knife

"He's been gone two days Simon!" Bobby exclaimed hitting the knife out of Simon's hands

"What was the point in that" Simon said standing up to pick up the knife, as he bent down to get it a foot came in contact with his face breaking his nose "What. Have. I. Told. You. About. Doing. That" Simon said gritting his teeth as he slowly picked up the knife and stood up and looked at the boy that had just kicked him, the boy was chained to a metal fence, both arms hung up on either side of him

"What are you gonna do, your not allowed to touch me without Michael's permission remember" the boy said smirking "Your just his little bitch puppets" Simon smirked as he held the point of the knife to the boy's throat "Go on do it"

"Don't tempt me, cause I will" Simon said backing off going back to his chair

"Let's just cool down okay" Bobby said

"He's probably dead you know" the boy said

"Then I could easily kill you and get away with it" Simon smiled looking at the boy "Just one quick swing"

"Right but what if he isn't, I don't think my father would be all too happy to come back and see his son dead would he" the boy smiled angering Simon even more

"Will you please stop angering the man please" Bobby said "God, Jacob"
