In one step, she leaped down from the carriage.

The petite figure in dark gown stood beside Xiao Chen. She showed an appearance that was obviously not that stunning, yet she unexpectedly made people unable to shift their gaze. Those bright black eyes swept the crowd without the even a bit of fear while her raised eyebrows were somewhat haughty.

This kind of woman actually stood in front of Xiao Chen seemingly without any form of fear, without losing her composure, bright as before.

“Let’s go.” Slight astonishment flashed through Xiao Chen’s eyes. He originally wanted to say something about the intimidating scene, but when he saw those raised eyebrows of hers, he finally closed his mouth. Smile faintly streaked across his eyes; indeed, worthy to be the woman he chose.

“Ninth Huang Shu.” In one glance, Jing Yue could already see the man in ink blue robe standing coldly among the crowd.

Xiao Chen stood in front of that man and slightly narrowed his eyes to stare at him before opened his mouth and said: “Second prince comes to welcome Ben Wang, really a rare occurrence…”

Xiao Chen’s gaze sank. He stared at the man and said: “According to the rules, second prince should call her Huang Shen*.”

“This ‘Huang Shen’ words had better wait until Ninth Huang Shu finished performing the marriage to be said.
