I remember
Being grabbed,
The Floor disappearing,
Laughing and giggling,
Soaring unhindered,
Floating down lightly,
Cuddled, wrapped within safety.
I remember
Giant bobbing balloons,
Terrifying things.
With a life
Of their own,
But not so anymore,
Just plain free.
I remember
My curiosity being aroused,
Investigating a seat,
Sitting and pushing off,
Then flying so high,
High, high so very high,
As to touch the sky.
I remember,
Running and searching
For a place to hide.
Then burrowing into a hole,
Leaving my behind outside.
Oh those times when we were just plain silly
Such fun we had! Weee-diddy-diddy.
