Boredom

Sitting here staring at the wall,

Watching the clock tick Time by,

Is totally brain-missing.

But you soon find yourself,

Setting yourself tasks.

Busying yourself against boredom.

And then there comes total immersion,

When you are engrossed with what you're doing.

Then all Time cannot sway you.
