  'Damn I screwed up lot more than I think, didn't I?' Sasuke couldn't help but to think all day that. Since that kissing accident with that girl in the morning, he couldn't help but to blame on himself constantly. He knew it wasn't in his mind, suddenly his heart took control over his body and started to do things with her, with the girl whom he didn't know.

  Now he constantly asking himself two questions; one was why in the first place he kissed the girl whom he didn't even know, and two why he even blaming himself for the girl's angry face.

  Ah, he constantly dragging himself into that never-ending battle; rather than making himself out of it.

  In order not to think anything, he decided to clean his house. But this wasn't clearly helping him to stay calm at all.

  Since he cleaned his already clean house faster than he expected.

  He was then sitting on the doorway, looking nowhere in particular, a bucket full of water was beside him. He was holding a piece of clothes, clenching it hard.

  "Tsk, what you seriously have done to me, Satsuki?" He couldn't help but mumble out.

  He was annoyed and tired as hell, not because she made him feel like that, but because of not knowing the answer.

  And he would give anything, just anything, to know the answer, to know the girl who made him feel happy yet vulnerable at the same time.

  Suddenly he could hear a soft knock coming from the door. He got up in his feet, walked towards the door and opened it, revealing the girl whom he was thinking all this time.

  It would be wrong saying there were other thinking in his mind as well, which surely wasn't. Even though he himself would deny.

  This time he, without asking opened the door wider, letting the girl in. He tried to read her expressions, her emotions, but couldn't able to.

  She erased all of her emotion somehow - he understood.

  But he didn't able to understand the reason. He didn't understand it was all because of him, she erased her emotion. So that he couldn't feel anything anymore. The pain, the heartbreak, the sadness she felt during this time, she never wanted to share those to that very guy, who already was full by his own problems.

  Even though some may think it was curse to hide emotions and become a heartless monster, but she always thought it was gift, a beautiful gift which actually helped to protect her own heart.

  "I need to say something to you." Sasuke stated looking at the girl's back. If anything had improved about him, it was his honesty. He was more honest in this stage than he was earlier. She wondered how that happened.

  Since she didn't say anything, he continued, "I am sorry for the kiss earlier, didn't mean to-"

  "Stop it." The raven female forcefully stopped him from saying anything. "Not your fault, don't say sorry."

  'Yes, it wasn't your fault, you just followed what your heart desired.' She repeated in her mind.

  "Hey, you love me right?" Sasuke's this bluntness startled Satsuki, "And I love you, right?"

  "Why are you asking this?" This time Satsuki turned around to face him.

  "I believe this is the only solution of my mental war. Since you said it wasn't my fault, I hope you do understand what I was feeling, right?" Sasuke's sanity just made her speechless.

  'So you figured out with feelings, even when you don't remember me.' Satsuki just looked at his Onyx eyes, thinking all this.

  'I think, I am the only one who don't understand a thing. Apart from me, everybody knows everything.' She chuckled at her own foolish thinking.

  Sasuke was dumbfounded, "why are you chuckling like that?"

  Her chuckle soon turned into a warm smile, Sasuke could feel the warmness radiating from that body, which never stopped to warm his heart again. Small tears were coming out from that blue-eyed girl, who proceeded herself after opening her arms, to hold the only Uchiha dearly; she wanted nothing just hold him forever until the world or their lives end.

  At that moment she wished nothing more than to give him the warmth, which he missed so much.

  Her sudden tenderness caught him of guard, but he never stopped to hug back, since he too wanted to grasp the warmth.

  Not any random girl's warmth, just her warmth. Only her warmth.

  She at that moment hold up peace sign and said with a deep voice, "release!!"

  By this, the curse mark appeared on his face, his usual calm chakra started to become disarray. She never stopped holding him, slowly her chakra was pulling out from her body to forcefully break the curse mark.

  "Don't worry Sasuke", she started to speak, wanting to finish what she wanted to say before everything was finished. "I will never ever left your side; I will always stand by you. I will protect you from any danger; look after you when you will feel sick; give you warmth when you will feel cold; pull you out when you will slip into darkness; give you a hand when you will feel like you lost everything. I will always look after you whether you like it or not; because after all you are the only one who could ever cope up with me."

  "No matter what you do from now on, remember I will love you, always!" She stopped, satisfied whatever she said, she just gave a little chuckle. It never mattered the pain she was feeling at that moment because of chakra pulling and other, the warmth of his body gave strong feeling, stronger than any other pain she felt in her lifetime. She was determined to keep this warmth alive, even if it meant to drench her hand with more blood, forcing herself to go more into darkness.

  Because this was the warmth, which made her feel alive, lively, which her cigarette couldn't able to do. She felt like she could achieve anything if she stayed with this warmth, which her heart desired the most all these time, from the time she lost all of her loveable bonds.

  Even though he was groaning loudly because of the intense pain he was feeling for breaking the curse mark, remembering all the memory in process. But still he said those words, which her heart wanted to feel, her ears were itching to hear.

  "I.... Love you.... Too.... Sat-suki. Don't.... Ever.... Leave... Me!" Satsuki chuckled softly.

  "No I won't ever!" By that both of them slowly closed their eyes, engulfing themselves into deep darkness.
